Convenient arrangement and great service

Winnie_A, Sep 2026

Driver communicated 30 minutes before pick up time, arrived on time. I was able to communicate with him regarding exactly where to wait. It took about 5 minutes to walk from the airport to the parking area for the car. The entire ride was about 40 minutes without traffic. The car was roomy and comfortable. Exactly what I expected and will definitely use this arrangement again the future. Even though the description was for from the airport to Civitavecchia port, it allowed me to change my destination to my hotel by the port instead, very convenient.

Wonderful awesome service!!

Emanuele was the best! Fantastic communication and wonderful service for shuttle from FCO airport to Port. He was super friendly and we appreciated his help in getting us to Port on time. Shuttle van was very clean and cool as well. :)

Dear Jessica, Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a wonderful 5-star review! It was an absolute pleasure meeting you and driving you from Fiumicino Airport to Civitavecchia Port. I am so glad you enjoyed the communication, our punctuality, and the cool, clean van. Giving you a comfortable and stress-free start to your cruise is always our top priority! I hope you had a fantastic cruise experience, and we look forward to welcoming you back next time you visit Rome! Warm regards, Emanuele Colella Trip2Rome

Small but oowerful female driver. Amazing to watch.

I was fortunate to book this at the last minute. Didn’t realize it was a national holiday, so apparently vehicles were short and for 5 checked suitcases, two carryons and two personal items, we didn’t think it would fit into a Mercedes station wagon. Our driver was a workhorse. A small lady who tossed bags around as she was on a mission. Job accomplished and done perfectly. Well worth the cost.

Great experience with Emanuel

Emanuel was prompt and very courteous. He even helped us navigate some language barriers with our hotel.

Thank you so much for your kind words! I’m happy I could assist and make things a little easier for you. It was a pleasure meeting you, and I hope to see you again on your next visit!
