    Never sent the tickets that they charged me for

    I bought tickets for our family and friends. 6 people. Showed up at the Pantheon, they never sent us the tickets. I spent 30 minutes sending WhatsApp messages. They were slow to respond and said our tickets will be on our email. Finally after 30 minutes they said the booking had not gone through. Even though they charged me and had sent an email confirming they will send an email with the tickets. So I see a charge on my credit card, we did not receive the tickets nor an email confirming they will refund the money. This tour operator has handled this terribly and I would recommend for people to stay away from them.

    The audio is Rick Steves. You could download yourself. The best part of the ticket is the shorter line for prepaid ticket holders

    This was a "self-guide" tour and tickets were supposed to be sent automatically but were not. The "tour operator" help number went to voice mail. Nobody answered the chat. I called Viator main customer service and they could not reach the operator either so they refunded 99% of the funds. This tour sis appear in my viator app as booked but it does seem it was a scam

    Great value, the audio guide was very good and allowed you to go at own pace.. very easy ticket collection and entrance to Panthean was very organised.
