Operator of this tour packages 3 tickets together but gives you no information as to how to use these tickets within the limited time available due to opening hours of these places. Palace closes at 1pm. Gardens are open later but staff at palace said to go to gardens first. Gardens first tour the day we visited was at 10:30am. Observatory is a timed ticket. Local staff do not know how to handle this ticket or inform travelers. We missed using 1 ticket because of lack of information. Do not book any tour provided by TOURISTATION. They will not stand by their product and will not refund due to their negligence and failure to inform customers and local staff.
