We made baguettes in a French Bakery!
It was fantastic! We learned history, importance if bread in France, and where to get hood food. We made financiers, croissants and baguettes, we left with an entire bag of different breads. coffee and breakfast breads served before the baking adventure!

A Croissant named Charlotte!
Our chef, Leticia was amazing! Her welcoming smile, her love for baking, stories, and guidance made the class fun while educational. She made sure that we understood why we did certain steps in a particular order by explaining the outcome if we didn't follow the sequence. I will remember this class and the techniques I learned for a very long time!

Yummy afternoon
Excellent experience with Julie. Class was fun. Who knew so much work went into making a croissant we can eat in 2 minutes, lol?? It was fun to taste all our hard work. Thorough explanation of entire process. We left with the recipes emailed to us via a QR code. Thankfully, they offer some coffee, water and toilet at the location. Look for the red door to the right of the blue door (#7).

A must do Parisian culinary experience.
This was a wonderful culinary experience. Chef Dominique demonstrated various techniques and then let us loose in his kitchen. There were two other couples in our group and we all enjoyed the afternoon. The end result was a meal to enjoy - from appetizer through to dessert.
