You may cancel on your behalf, without fees, up to 48 hours in advance. After this time, the full amount of the class will be charged. For the sake of your health avoid eatingtoo much fat, sugar and salt.
- We invite you to show up 5-10min before the activity, in case of delay of more than 10min, access to the activity will unfortunately be refused.

Gerald was a fantastic instructor! Very personable and able to explain every detail about creating and cooking a quiche. In addition, we made a vinaigrette to have on our salad which was delicious!

This was going to be the highlight of my visit to Paris. I got up early and took an Uber to the class address. I even arrived 30 minutes early. After waiting over 30 minutes for the class, no one showed up. I finally got ahold of someone at the service desk within the store where the class was to be held. I was told that the class was canceled and I should’ve been notified. I was not notified! It was a waste to half of a vacation day. Shame on Viator and the so-called cooking school!

flavor is the emphasis so one learns to captalize all of the ingredients. I would prefer to have cooked the meat more than we did.

The cooking class was excellent. The chef provided great detail and tips on how to prepare the chicken and vegetables. I had never made a white sauce. I plan to get French cookbooks and expand my knowledge of French cooking techniques. The meal that we prepared was excellent.

A genuine experience, learn new skills, and enjoy amazing food! You won’t believe what you will be able to do! Chef Gerard was fantastic! He is so skilled, an amazing teacher, taught in several languages, and was so supportive and friendly! The class was the highlight of our trip! I can’t wait to impress everyone at home!

Since the class is in a department store, we expected more of a demonstration and were absolutely delighted that it was very much hands on. The chef was comfortably bilingual -- the other four in the class were French speaking -- and the quality of the instruction was very high level. For about what a good lunch would have cost the two of us in a pleasant Paris restaurant, we were treated to a great learning and dining experience. Highly recommended!!

We absolutely loved the cooking class with Chef Eric. The cooking skills and tips were helpful and the meal we created was delicious. We loved every moment cooking and then sitting down with Chef to enjoy our creation. Highly recommend!

We thorough enjoyed our cooking class at Ferrandi Kitchen in Galeries Lafayette. The kitchen was well appointed in a beautiful windowed space. The instructor was excellent. and the dish we prepared was delicious but not so complicated that we can’t make it at home. I really liked the instruction on plating our meal as they would in a restaurant. Presentation is so important. Definitely would do this again
