We had the best experience at Miss Manon’s bakery tour! Our guide was amazing, he brought so much enthusiasm and was so welcoming! My family and I feel like true bakers now!! We left with a bag of delicious treats we baked! Enough that we handed it out to some people who needed it throughout the day. Definitely do this experience!!

This was a fun activity seeing behind the scenes of a bakery with a wonderful French pastry chef. We mixed ingredients for financiers, formed prepared dough into baguettes and croissants, and carried home goodies. We were served cappuccino and pastries before the class started. The building is very old with narrow steep stairs which might be a challenge for some.

Such a fun experience! The host was super friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. We got a free pastry and drink in the beginning and walked out with the deserts and bread we made and were able to have sandwiches for lunch and dinner! We met other people and had a hoot of a time! Only down sides were the last minute change to the meeting spot and not being able to taste the croissants. Otherwise my friend and I loved this and would do it again!

This was such a phenomenal experience! We saw the back of the bakery, got to roll out our own baguettes, make financiers and roll croissants. It was a 12/10 experience and such a fun activity. Highly recommend!

NoNo was suberb at the tour. I highly recommend this tour. He had great explanations to the art of baking. We were able to sample and enjoy the baking.

We arrived at the bakery for the experience and the guide never showed up. We never heard from them and had to contact Viator to see what was happening. Waiting for information on a refund.

It was an extremely personalized experience and our tour guide was funny and genuine. It was definitely one of my favorite activities in Paris.

This was the best. Miss Mamom was lovely but it was our new friend, Morad, who really made it the best. He is an excellent baker and made the whole experience exciting for our six year old little boy.

Really lovely experience! Super cute to do as you're visiting Paris. You get sent home with a goodie bag full of tons of pastries and bread. I ate it all within 24 hours : )

This was an absolutely amazing experience! Maya (hopefully I spelled it right) was a great guide and walked us through every step. She gave us a little history behind each treat we made as well as interactive conversation throughout the excursion. I would absolutely book with her again!

Amazing experience in a French bakery!! Hands on and interactive…kids loved it! We baked and learned about behind the scenes in a bakery.

Arthur, our guide from the boulangerie, was a most engaging young baker. He explained everything very well and interacted with each one of us. I happened to be in a group of other attendees who were especially friendly and fun to be with. We learned the technique to make a baguette, croissant, and a small breakfast treat. We were able to see all of the machinery now used in order to be able to produce 1000 baguettes a day for just this one bakery! Arthur was very well informed and shared some history and lore about the business. I would highly recommend this experience.

Great fun! Our guide was fun and knowledgeable. Our two-hour session flew by, and we walked away with tons of baguettes and financiers 😊

Great experience! Penelope was super patient and very knowledgeable! We made little French cookies, baguettes and croissants! Excellent experience!

Wow, this was an awesome French experience. As our guide said, “baguette is oxygen” to the French so what better way to explore than learn to make it. You shape the dough, mix patisserie, and fold croissant. But best of all you walk away with it all (and knowledge). Yum and thank you!!!

Amazing class with hands on experience and a wonderful guide! We made baguettes, cookies and croissants. Perfect for kids.

Amazing time, very informative and get to leave with great tasting food. The breakfast to start was tasty and learning to bake was both approachable and enjoyable.

Our family enjoyed our experience learning about the various French breads and pastries we made together. Our instructor, Maria was so great and taught us well. Our boys ages, 10 to 15 all enjoyed this experience. The Bakery was beautiful and all of the employees were so friendly.

What fun and different thing to do! My daughter and I had a fun time making round bread, baguettes, braided bread, and madeleine cookies. We hit to take lots of food home with us! Our cruise was friendly and make the class interesting. I loved that the class size was small (six of us).

You meet in a rather non descript looking bakery they seat you and offer you many different pastries as well as cold drinks. After 10 minutes we were taking to the back where there is a very large and nice bakery that produces many many loaves of bread and pastries. Maria our instructor was wonderful and the class was lots of fun and informative. It’s a little warm inside in the summer but it was fine. We made baguettes round breads croissants and madeleines. 5 of us really enjoyed it. You will too.

Lovely and personal experience, our teacher was lovely and very chatty.
We made baguettes, loafs and little cakes which were were able to take away with us. We also rolled croissants but due to the proofing time we didn’t take these with us.
We were met in the morning with a hot drink and a pastry of our choice which was a lovely touch.
When you book, the location is not set and you receive a text the day before to tell you where to go, we have booked bag lockers near the orignal location not expecting it to change to something to be aware of.
The experience also was significantly shorter than listed, arrival time being changed to 9am and finishing at 11:30 instead of 12:30 even though the other people on our door arrived 30 minutes late.
Overall, I would recommend this to anyone visiting Paris, we made sandwiches with our bread and snacked on the cakes for the rest of the day.

This was an Amazing experience!! The instructor was phenomenal!!! He was fun, funny and really knew how to capture the attention of not only adults but especially children. I'm looking forward to booking again! This class made the 1st trip to Paris one for the books. We all learned a lot and I personally left with some great talking points and fun facts about Paris and its love for French Bread and Croissants.
One of my fav classes to date!

Our bakery experience was amazing. Lisa and Bakery Maison Julien were great and we left with so many baked goods including the baguettes and financiers we made along with some pain au chocolats and almond croissants.
Dawn_S, Aug 2026
Our guide, Mourad, was excellent! Wonderful experience! We enjoyed making the different bakery items, seeing the bakery, and tasting the treats. Lots of good information and good humor. Highly recommend!
Jennifer_s, Aug 2026
Our experience at the bakery was the highlight of our trip. Our host/guide, Mourad, was amazing! We were down in the kitchen of the bakery making all sorts of delicious breads and pastries and laughing the entire time. Mourad was funny, engaging, GREAT with kids, and he truly made this an experience we will never forget!
ChiPei_C, Aug 2026
Overall experience was wonderful and eye opening due to our guide’s energy and knowledge.. Bakery was in a beautiful yet slightly run down bakery with no AC. So it got very hot when we working in the basement on the baguettes. Left with two baguettes per person that we made ourselves plus the financiers. The croissant dough is pre formed and we stretch to roll out which was fun. But we do not get to eat the croissants which makes sense when you learn how much time is needed to make them.
Michaela_B, Aug 2026
If you are traveling with anyone with mobility issues this is not the tour for you. Incredibly steep spiral stairs (with no lift) and you go up and down the three floors often. Also less of a baking class and more of a quick example of three types of baked goods. We wish we could have cooked more.
Yvonne_W, Aug 2026
Marie was amazing! We had such a great class! I learned so much! We made baguettes, croissant and Le madeline!
Jennah_D, Aug 2026
Super cute baking experience and fun history behind famous French pastries! Not a ton of actual baking (which is perfect for beginners), but you get to try to make a couple of different breads/pastries and tour the kitchens!
Amanda_B, Jul 2026
It was a wonderful tour of a bustling bakery, with many valuable hands on opportunities for everyone to make baguette, financiers, and to roll croissants. We left a bag full of delicious baked goods! Highly recommend. Also the baker who led our tour was so friendly and we learned a ton.
