Funny, informative, and engaging tour

We took our 16-year-old daughter on this tour and we all had a blast. Callum was a fantastic guide. It takes skill and talent to make a tour of things that mostly aren’t there any more engaging, and Callum succeeded. We all know a fair bit about music, but we all learned fun facts to impress our friends. He was sensitive to keeping us out of the sun and away from the crowds, and he’s does hysterical impressions of musicians.

Our tour through the...

Our tour through the gardens was enjoyable even with the sweltering sun. Our tour guide, Paul, was very knowledgeable and had the best dry wit about him. The jokes were flowing as rapidly as the sweat rolling off of us! High tea in The Orangery was amazing. The palace tour was as good as it could be, again, because of the unbearable heat. Thank goodness they had portable air conditioners stationed throughout. Despite the heat we would definitely recommend this experience!

Cameron our guide and Ali are a fabulous team. Cameron was so enjoyable, knowledgable, pleasant , and humorous. Ali was a safe driver and kept us on schedule. This is the most convenient and simple way to enjoy Stonehenge. Louise was a wonderful guide: informative, funny and could read the bus for quiet nap time. Diana was our driver and it was a smooth drive - lulled everyone to sleep. We also had several seniors on our bus including my own and they enjoyed the self faced but timed tour thoroughly. Thank ladies for a wonderful day.

Apple was an amazing tour guide with a lot of enthusiasm. I thoroughly enjoyed this experience. The only complaint I would have is if you book on a Sunday, be aware places in Oxford don’t open until 10am or after, and Windsor was closed for the day as well. It was a bit frustrating, but I was able to still have a good time.

Exactly the London Experience We Hoped For

We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Allan. I intentionally use the word visit instead of tour because that’s truly how it felt… more like spending the day with someone we’d known for years than being guided around by a stranger. 5 star review all the way. Absolutely one of the hilights of our trip. I took my 18 yr old son and he LOVED it!! Guides Ben and Bill were outstanding, both fun and informative. It was in the low 60's with little sun so it was a bit chilly but not too bad at all. Got splashed a couple time bur it wasn'tan issue. I highly recommend!!!

Fun trip - what' s not to like?

It's about the right length... doesn't drag on. Staff are friendly & helpful. The tour guide, Paul, was fab... very funny, but I also learned a lot about this part of London and the Thames. It's definitely worth paying attention to his spiel! Good value all 'round and I would certainly consider doing it again.

The tour was amazing! ...

The tour was amazing! Our guide geebs lovegood, couldn't have had a better name, was so knowledgeable and asked trivia questions regarding the books and movies all the way thru the tour, and that kept it really interesting. The sites that we visited some were actually used in the films and some used just for inspiration for the films and books. Overall would recommend to anyone who has seen the movies.

Slightly confusing...

Slightly confusing meeting point, as seems to indicate the statue, but guides were down the stairs after that, and not particularly obvious. Despite that, once the tour set off walking along the Mall, it was very pleasant and lots of stories told. Would have possibly been better with an audio earpiece for those not next to the guide. Entry to the palace was easy with guide, who left us at that point. Buckingham palace only allows this tour for 2 months a year and funds go towards keeping the beautiful art works maintained. It is well laid out and a pleasant walk with an audio guide supplied. We loved the history and beauty of it all. There is a large cafeteria area at the end of the tour overlooking the grounds, and then a pleasant 10min path walk through palace grounds to the exit. Very enjoyable
