Ben was an amazing guide. He was extremely friendly and did a good job of explaining everything. Not sure why we started the tour with a 30 minute tea break. We arrived early and then had a long wait till the tour actually started.

I went on the two-hour guided tour of Westminster Abbey with a fabulous tour guide named Peter James. He has a college degree in History of London and was amazing in his knowledge of Westminster Abbey and relevant happenings and significant people associated with the iconic sacred site in London. The tour was informative and very professionally handled. People had opportunities to ask questions and the pace of the tour was great. We had a wonderful group of about fifteen individuals and felt most welcomed to the tour.

We were very disappointed that our tour guide had an accent that made her difficult to understand. A guide to a British cathedral would’ve been so much better suited to a British guide. She was not warm and certainly not friendly. At the price point that we paid, I expected so much more from this tour.

Highly recommend this tour. You get in 30 minutes before opening and our guide was wonderful. Found out the Abbey is much more than a church!!!

Tour starts promptly and begins with tea. We did the early morning tour and it was so nice to skip the crowd. Our guide was very knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor which made the experience even more enjoyable. Our guide also gave us a few recommendations like to attend Evensong later in the day and to pay the modest fee to tour the upstairs...both were great experiences.
