Expert walking tour guide, Martino!

We booked a private walking tour for three on 10/19. Martino was waiting for us at our designated spot. We spent the next three hours exploring the Alfama, Baixa and Chiado neigborhoods. This tour should only be booked by those who are physically fit. There is a lot of climbing and you are on your feet for three hours. Tino was very informative and kept us enthused by describing the architecture, and history of Lisbon. We stopped for world class pasteis de natas and ginjina. I recommend this tour for those interested in architechture and history and would request Tino in a heartbeat.

My first ever food tour. My first time in Europe which means it was my first time in Lisbon. Francisco was open, easy going, friendly, attentive, and informative. I’m not a picky eater nor afraid to try anything new at least once. All the tastings were great. It was great to be in a group. It kept the atmosphere lively and warm. It definitely left me with a positive experience in Lisbon, Portugal.

Ricardo was a great guide. Fun for the whole family. You will need to sign a waiver for any kids under 15 and you will be going up and down hills in traffic. Our 12 year old daughter handled it well. Awesome way to see Lisbon and some great viewpoints.

Great Tour

Our tour guide, Sergio was extremely knowledgeable. I don’t know how he remembered so many dates and names of kings. Each stop was rich of history information. The stops were beautiful and the time given for each stop was reasonable. So far it’s the best tour in our trip. Highly recommend.

Lucky Got Dropped from Original Tour at Last Minute

Our guide was Jaime and he was terrific. Made the tour very interesting and was aware of the difficulty maneuvering the hills, so kept the tour within a few blocks. The tour focuses on small, family-owned restuarants and each was excellent. We tasted a few items with a drink at 4 different places, all good. My only complaint with Devour Walks was their last minute canceling me on another tour and only after spending hours just before departing on my trip did Customer Service finally get us onto another tour. We lucked out because Jaime was such a good guide, but too harrowing,

Rui was an outstanding tour guide. Rui showed his passion and depth of knowledge of Portugal. More specifically, Rui guided us on Portuguese food, culture, and history. Amazing tour with Jose!

My friend and I did this tour with Jose, who is an amazing storyteller and tour guide. 10/10 recommend — this was the first activity we did in Lisbon, and it gave us a great overview of the city’s history up to today! Truly the perfect introduction to the city. Jose is the best!

Easy meeting point...

Easy meeting point instructions, Andy our guide was there ready to greet us. He was fab! Very informative, took us to some great spots & he was full of historical facts. Recommended a pastel da nata store which was very good! All in all a good 2.5 hours - would recommend. You pay this small fee to reserve your spot on the tour & then pay a tip at the end (just incase you’ve not done a free walking tour before). Andy was well worth his tip.

Nice sunset boat ride

It was a nice boat ride . Nothing fancy. Great tour guide. He told the history of the city through out the whole trip, pointing out every single site that we would had missed. They offer wine through the whole trip. It was a nice bay trip. It lasted two hours. Enjoyed the sunset. We got great pictures
