He was very knowledgeable that we learnt so much about the different types of Port, how they are made, the history behind Port and how to tell the difference between them. Good idea!

We had a pleasant ride from Porto to Lisbon. We got to see several places, and our driver Maria was very accommodating. We did a 3 stop trip. Nazaré was very nice and she suggested a great place to have lunch. It was delicious! The other stop I liked was Óbidos. I think we could have really spent the most time there, and think about going back yet. Aveiro was our first stop, and it was a quaint town with the gondola style boats but was a little chilly to go on. Definitely was a better choice getting a car service like this to see more of Portugal!

Fantastic Experience!

We had a wonderful experience on this tour! It was very interesting learning a little about the history of the city and see a few of the major sites! Our guide was fantastic. She gave the perfect amount of history and fun stories, while also keeping a good pace where we got to see many things. We loved the cable car and boat tour - this is a must for seeing Porto!

Fabulous well organised trip and Chris was great and very friendly! It’s a one and a hour hour journey each way but well worth it as the scenery is so beautiful. Wine/port tasting with bread and olives/olive oil then a delicious lunch with wine and desert great value for money and the other two couples were great company. Definitely recommend!

Small food tasting in Porto

Highlight of our trip! Our guide Teresa was excellent! Very knowledgeable about the history of Portugal. We visited several authentic food venues, a tavern, a bakery, a wine store. The food was delicious and so wasn’t the beer, wine and port. It was a small group of nine so we also met some wonderful people. Recommend!
