Excellent taste of Lisbon
Rodrigo was an excellent guide, he shared historical context both of the food and Lisbon. The tour was well paced, taking about 3.5 hours, with only short walks between each place. The food was great, and so plentiful- we were surprised at the sizes of the portions- we had been expecting just a small tapas! I’d happily recommend this tour to anyone! Our only issue- and not Viator or Rodrigo’s fault, was the meeting place- our taxi driver dropped us off several blocks away, then GPS took us to a spot on the opposite side of the square where we were supposed to meet. Rodrigo was on top of it, and texted instructions.

No regrets- book now!
This was hands-down our favorite thing we experienced in Lisbon! Our guide Anastasiia was friendly, knowledgeable, and a complete joy! Not only did we learn about the history of the food, but also the culture of Lisbon. If you want to really get a handle on Lisbon and what makes it tick- and taste delicious cafe, meats, Bifana, bacalhao, pastel de nata, ginginja..this is the tour for you! It will make your memories of Lisbon that much more rich 🤗

Just the Best
I have been on many food tours but I think this is my favorite. Filiipa was so knowledgeable and interesting, and her many choices for food and drink were spot on for our group of five. All of the venues seemed authentic - holes in the wall for some, and a beautiful brick barrell ceilinged room for the wine bar. Of course, we ate and drank way too much - don't plan dinner - but from the delicious cherry gingha to the hearty fish stew, there was nothing that was less than enticing. I will be certain to recommend this tour for anyone planning sometime in Lisbon.

Bianca was a wonderful...
Bianca was a wonderful guide. She was knowledgeable about the history of Portugal and its food so she was able to provide context for why the foods and drink we sampled were beloved by the Portuguese. We had an absolutely amazing time and left feeling quite full.
