Great shuttle service

Joshua was our driver and did a fantastic job. Our ride from Antigua to Panajachel was 2.5 hours due to the rain. We encountered a bad accident blocking the main highway we were on. He turned around and took an alternate route without hesitation. He got us to our destination safely. Highly recommend; it’s obvious he has been driving Guatemala for many years.

Hard, but worth it!

Incredibly hard, but so, so worth it! I am a 24 year old in decent shape, but honestly did not train the way I meant to for this hike. I struggled a decent amount, but made it nonetheless! 7 out of our group of 21 decided to stay back from the fuego hike and I honestly think we had a better time than they did! We woke up early for the summit hike, which seemed like it was a much more enjoyable hike than fuego! Also, as a vegetarian, I recommend this hike! You can do it!

Great class with excellent chef and location

This was a fantastic experience. Milton took us thru the Antigua market which is huge, educating us on food and local produce. Once we bought our ingredients we traveled to the school: a gorgeous open kitchen and proceeded to prepare a three course meal of traditional Guatemalan dishes. We also sampled 7 local fruits that were in season. Milton was an excellent teacher and provided lots of information as we worked. The class is intimate: only 4 of us. I highly recommend this class to anyone who wants to learn about Guatrmalan culture through food. We had a blast!

Abdel arrived right on time as agreed. The van was very clean, modern, spacious, and comfortable. Although the drive from Antigua to Guatemala City Airport was long, Abdel drove very carefully and professionally throughout—never erratic and always attentive. He helped us load and unload all of our luggage and got us to the airport on time. He was friendly and engaging when appropriate, while also giving our family space to relax during the journey. Overall, an excellent driver and a very comfortable experience. We would definitely book with him again!

Amazing experience from...

Amazing experience from beginning to end! Hiking Acatenango was definitely challenging, but absolutely worth it. The guides were professional, friendly, encouraging, and made us feel safe throughout the entire hike. The organization was great, and having the option to hire a porter was a lifesaver for me! The campsite was comfortable, and watching Volcán de Fuego erupt at night was truly one of the most incredible things I have ever experienced. The views and sunrise were unforgettable. This hike is not easy, so come prepared for a challenge, but I would 100% recommend this tour to anyone looking for a once-in-a-lifetime adventure in Guatemala. Exhausting, beautiful, and completely unforgettable!

This was such a fun and...

This was such a fun and unique experience in Antigua! We really enjoyed getting to take part in the entire process of creating our own piece of jade jewelry, rather than simply watching someone else make it. The experience started with being able to choose our own piece of jade, which made it feel personal right from the beginning. From there, we picked the design we wanted and then actually worked on shaping and creating the piece ourselves. It was really interesting to see how a rough piece of jade slowly transformed into something beautiful that we could take home with us. The instructors were wonderful. They were friendly, patient, and very helpful throughout the entire process. They gave us plenty of opportunity to do the work ourselves while stepping in when needed to make sure our pieces turned out well. They also helped with the finishing touches so that what we made looked polished and professionally finished. I especially liked that you leave with a souvenir that has much more meaning than something you simply purchase in a store—you actually selected the jade and helped create the finished piece yourself. This was a great hands-on activity and something a little different from the typical sightseeing tours. We had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Antigua who wants a fun, creative, and memorable experience.

From the minute you arrive , everyone else that's there for the class ,We all just seem to bond . This was such an excellent experience that I wasn’t expecting. Gio, our guide, made sure we were all comfortable with our ATVs—I wasn’t. But he didn’t make a big deal about it or seem frustrated and served as my driver. He made the experience memorable for us all and was a great paparazzo! I would have never been able to capture photos so well. Having a small group of kind participants made the day even more enjoyable. Gio did a wonderful job of giving us plenty of time at Hobbitenango, but not too much so we were bored. He stuck to schedule, which is appreciated when traveling and tour/events are booked in advanced. I also liked how all off the gunners were included In our entrance to Everything. I would recommend Gio’s ATV ride to anyone!
