Highly recommended

My guide, Ola, was very knowledgeable, polite and patient when it came to this experience. She took loads of great photos and went through the history of the Pyramids, Sphinx and the surrounding sites. Once done from there, she asked me which shopping experiences I was interested in, with no pressuring tactics at all. I let her know and we visited all of them in a nice, timely manner with no rushing. She also provided me with bottled water regularly and was a genuinely nice and funny person. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed this trip as a solo traveller, and I highly recommend this experience.

Amazing tour. The tour guides and Driver, were just amazing! I wish I would have known, I would have booked them my hole trip for all the events! Mohamed Saleh was an amazing guide and very knowledgeable. Highly qualified and really makes sure you use you time wisely and to the full extent. I was very impressed with his knowledge and experience. The tour itself was amazing…. Got to see everything that anywho would need to see in a day. Makes for a long day, but the tour guide supports the tour itinerary to every detail. Just amazing. A tour that I will remember for the rest of my life. Perfect day

Great experience! Ahmed and our driver Ibrahim were wonderful hosts. Very informative including fun facts my husband an archaeologist didn’t even know before! It was so nice to be accompanied by a local guide, and to not have to worry about anything at any of the sites. We had an unforgettable day at the pyramids and would really recommend this tour and visiting Egypt to anyone!

A day of culture and laughter

Ibrahim was willing to accommodate us in the morning (we had breakfast at 8:00 and he gave us 30 minutes). He was super thorough, told us everything from Saqqara to Memphis, and even helped us take some beautiful photos. The convenience of having a driver at our disposal and him as a guide. As for lunch, he took us to a restaurant of his choosing and we were satisfied. It was our first time in Egypt and I recommend him.

Visit the “other” pyramids

There are other Pyramids besides those in Giza. Those in Saqqara and Dahshur, have their own stories and are absolutely worth visiting. Memphis, and museum there are definitely worthwhile. Our guide Mohammed Maksoud, was wonderful. Very attentive to my wife and I (we are in our 80’s), helped us along as needed. Mohammed has incredible, detailed knowledge not just of pyramids, but all of Egypt’s rich history and heritage. We learned a lot from him. Our driver , Haitiam, is amazing, he always got us to our destinations, on time and safely. This is a great tour, we are so glad we did it, and we strongly recommend you do also.

First and foremost, our guide Rania was supreme. From the moment we met her, she was lovely, incredibly friendly, and possessed incredible English. Her depth of knowledge about the history and antiquities was massively impressive, bringing every site to life. She was also wonderfully patient, taking her time with us and never making us feel rushed. She is also an amazing photographer! I would specifically request her every single time! Rania also went above and beyond to look out for us. She personally ensured we got the best camels for our ride and expertly navigated us so that we didn't get ripped off at the tourist shops. Fantastic!

Our Egyptologist guide made this tour special. Do not go to the Great Pyramids without a guide, and most importantly, do not go without an Egyptologist. The pyramids are impressive on their own, but without someone explaining what you are looking at, you will miss most of it. Our guide brought the whole place to life, answered every question, and made the day feel easy instead of overwhelming. Ten stars. I would book this exact tour again.
