Great experience
Jafar was an amazing tour guide. He went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and tell us everything we needed to know to not get scammed at Petra.
The Bedouin camp was wonderful, highly recommend getting the deluxe tent with AC and private bathroom, it makes the stay much more comfortable. The camp was in a beautiful area and there was lots of room to walk around and explore the immediate area on your own.
Food at the camp was good, we had a traditional Jordanian Mansaf for dinner and good breakfast as well.
The Dead Sea experience was great, we were given lunch passes and a towel for the beach.
Overall, I would recommend this tour to anyone. It is much easier than trying to book these three experiences separately, especially wadi rum, since a 4x4 vehicle is required to drive through the protected area.

Tour of Jordan
The driver was there waiting for us with a sign displaying my name. The car was new, equipped with WiFi. He had water provided in the cup holders waiting for us. He was professional, respectful and friendly. We were so pleased we used his service for the duration of our stay. He took us to Mount Nebo, the Dead Sea and Madaba and a bit of Amman. We will also use his service for Wadi Rum and other locations. Great service, he goes above and beyond! Highly recommended.

A bucket list experience.
Jordanian hospitality is fantastic. My hosts were attentive and knowledgeable. Khalid was an excellent driver and an interesting conversationalist. Fatima was a tremendous guide. She was patient to answer my questions, and she has extensive knowledge of Petra and its history.

Worth every penny!
Petra is a gem and worth every penny. We almost cancelled the excursion with everything going on but decided to go since we flew all of this way. Our guide promptly picked us up at 7am. The drive takes about 2.5-3 hours. He stopped half way there for a toilet break and snacks. When you arrive at Petra there is a visitor center. We chose to walk which took approximately 30 minutes downhill. It was a little chilly walking through the caves but very scenic. Then it opens to Petra like the movies. Not many people were there when we got there at 10am. You can takes pictures with the camels or chose to take a hike up to look down on it for a fee ($10-$15 JD). We stayed for about 2 hours which was plenty and paid $30 JD to take a ride in a golf cart back to the visitor center. Highly recommend this tour.

Amazing tour
Anees is a helpful, funny and kind driver. He understands the sites and history very well to be able to answer all our questions. Besides, the tour is designed properly going to all places listed. I really like the experience of floating in Dead Sea. Such an memorable experience. Thank you.

Fabulous trip with exceptional service
We booked a trip from Anmman to Petra. The driver kept in contact with by text so he picked us up from the hotel.
Petra is a three hour drive we had a comfort stop half way. On arrival at Petra our driver allowed us as much time as we needed and just to text him when we wanted to be picked up. This enhanced the trip as we were not clock watching all day as you can never be sure how long it takes walking back up the hill
The journey back was very similar to that going. Also I had accidentally left a cable in the car and it was returned to the hotel without any fuss. Our driver was Mahmoud and was excellent

Definitely worthwhile tour for a day
Adnan was our driver for this tour. He made our day. Though introducing himself as a driver, in the end he was our guide, source of information, and our buddy while in Jordan.
Spent our time with him from 09:30 to 20:30, we feel that now we know everything about Jordan. He willingly told anything about Jordan. From its history to the Bedouins. From desert to phosphates. From politics to education system. And so on and so forth. Making a 6 hrs trip on the road (3 hrs one way) felt like a minute.
He is super friendly, accurately inform us what to expect and what not, drive carefully, helpful, on time. An unforgettable experience.
One day was definitely not enough to explore Petra. We’d love to come again someday and hope to have Adnan again as our buddy.

Fascinating experience of city life and Jordanian history
Excellent 7hr tour of Amman highlights and the ruins of Jerash. My driver, Ibrahim K went well beyond what might be expected of a private driver, escorting me inside venues, offering recommendations and driving me to an Armenian restaurant for the most delicious buffet!
You can taylor the day to your liking, my driver was more than happy to adjust the tour to suit my needs and interests.
The itinerary was followed as describe on Viator and I would not hesitate to recommend to other travelers visiting the region.

Great tour with Omar!
At the beginning of the trip, our driver offered to take us to the Baptismal Site of Jesus Christ and Mount Nebo for 30 JOD extra for the two of us. We agreed to this as we’d not had an opportunity to visit these sites beforehand. The Baptismal Site of Jesus Christ cost 12 JOD per person for entry, and this included a group tour guide, and it lasted for around 2 hours. We later went to the Crown Plaza to go into the dead sea and then have a buffet lunch.
Later on, we went to Mount Nepo, which costed 3 JOD per person, but this is cash only (card not accepted).
The whole day took around 8-9 hours from Amman and back, including these two additional site stops.
Our driver, Omar, was great and gave us waters throughout the journeys. He also showed us the facilities at the dead sea resort, and stopped at a few points to take photos for us.
This day trip was definitely worth it. The dead sea was a lot warmer than expected, and the climate is a lot warmer than in Amman. We did this trip in late December, and it was definitely warm enough to go into the sea. We were taken to the Holiday Inn resort at first, but due to an event, the beach was closed, so we were taken to another hotel with the same rating, which was also nice, called the Crown Plaza resort. The buffet food was very good, and the hotel surroundings were also nice.

Solo Trek Through Jordan
Muhammed was my tour guide and driver for the 3 days. He was great and super punctual in picking me up, meeting times, etc. He was also very gracious and helped pay for a lot of tours and entrance fees because most places only took cash and I did not have enough with me (I paid him back after we got back to Amman!) He also took a lot of photos and sent them to me, which was very nice of him to do. There was a lot to do in three days, and I was exhausted, but overall, it was a great experience. Aside from him, for the tour itself, I do think the price of this tour was extremely high for it to not include anything except two overnight accommodations (I selected this option) and a driver. Given that we stopped at all of these other places with additional local guides and activities, I feel like it’d be so much less of a hassle if it was included in the price and just booked all ahead of time especially because all of this requires cash and perhaps not a lot of visitors carry that much cash with them. At the least, let us know how much each of these stops will be so we can prepare accordingly if we did want to do the extra things. Also, we’ll likely be eating with the guide anyway, so why not include food in the price as well? I just feel like this can be a little bit better organized logistically and transparently ahead of time. This was still a great experience, but I may hesitate to rebook, unless the above is addressed or communicated in detail with me next time.

Jerash, Anjlun Castle, and Umm Qayas
We had an excellent experience with our private driver, Faisal Abu Rashed. He was incredibly knowledgeable, courteous, and made our entire trip feel smooth and safe. Faisal went above and beyond—he helped us purchase genuine Jordanian stones (Aventurine) at a very fair price, brought us fresh pomegranate juice, and introduced us to fantastic local eateries we would have never found on our own.
He also made us aware of local scammers/ticket procedures and shared insightful information about every tourist site we visited. His professionalism and warm personality truly enhanced our time in Jordan.
Highly recommend Faisal to anyone looking for a trustworthy and exceptional driver!

Our Petra and Dead Sea...
Our Petra and Dead Sea tour was absolutely incredible, and a huge part of that was thanks to our wonderful driver, Mohammad Hammoudeh. He was extremely nice, attentive, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire trip. His driving was excellent and very safe, and everything was perfectly organized from start to finish. Mohammad’s hospitality truly reflects the warm spirit of Jordan! He made us feel so comfortable the whole time. He shared fascinating insights about this beautiful country and made sure we had the best experience possible. We highly recommend him to anyone visiting Jordan. On our next visit, we will definitely request him again. Thank you for making our trip unforgettable, ya Mohammad!!!

On an Amman tour, you can experience the city’s rich heritage, from visiting the Roman Amphitheater and the Citadel, to wandering through bustling souks and sampling traditional Jordanian food. Some of the most popular tours from Amman are the 1- to 3-day tours that combine a visit to the ancient UNESCO World Heritage Site of Petra, the desert of Wadi Rum, and the Dead Sea. With important religious sites, cooking classes, and countless museums, there’s no shortage of things to see and do in Amman.
