Food was great. But they don’t have enough waiters. When we arrived after we were seated I asked the guy that took us to our table for a coke and he was not able to assist me he said I must wait for the waiter, which we did for almost 15-20min. So if it was not for the poor service it would have been great cause the hard rock’s interior was amazing. Some of the music was a bit too much rock, but still nice music to listen to.

Unfortunately I booked a gold experience on viator and paid for it.
I was informed by the waitress at hard rock cafe that I could choose what I wanted and just pay the difference.
Not the case,ending up paying approx 140 euros for meal in total.
You're never to old to learn,don't deviate from what you booked.
I will speak with my wallet and not book through viator or visit hard rock again.

There was hardly anything on the ‘diamond menu’ so we ordered from the normal menu so our bill cost us €127 plus the €58 for the skip the line. Wouldn’t recommend at all

If not for the waiter this would be a one. The “ultimate menu” is a limited menu. No choice of appetizer - four choices of entree (two burgers, Caesar salad, and salmon). The waiter was so awesome - tried to compensate, very friendly. Skip the line means save an hour. We still had to wait 45 mins. Would be cheaper to just walk in and order off the menu and buy the shirt.

I enjoyed my late lunch at the Hard Rock Café! Food in Italy is wonderful, but after a lot of pizza and pasta this is a welcome change. I was able to be seated right away and had great service there. The menu option had appetizers to dessert and a few choices of entrees. I thought the selection of T-shirts was pretty minimal for a Hard Rock Café, but come to find out there is another Hard Rock shop just steps away from the Vatican. Who knew? Either way, I enjoyed it and would come back here again if I am back in Rome.

A totally different experience to all the other Hard Rock experiences in lots of other countries in the world we've had. Cold food, left unattended for ages, didn't need to skip the queue but that wasn't the problem, produced my iPad with voucher that didn't work, had to email Hard Rock the voucher, did that, we each chose the burger, left unattended for a long time, 3 different waiters, an older waiter stepped in realising we had been forgotten about, eventually it appeared. Cold burger ice cold onion ring as if it had come from the freezer, chips were good they were hot. It felt like we were not important because we had bought the voucher, pudding a freezing cold brownie, ice cream good, cream on top that was so artificial we didn't eat the pudding. Never never again will we visit the Hard Rock in Rome.

Rome's Hard Rock Cafe is always packed, the options on the Menu were good would recommend doing this, just so you don't wait. Even though it is a fixed Menu, They give you the full portion of that menu and it is more then enough I had to take leftovers back! Diamond menu included a starter, a full entree and dessert of the day! I had fun and got engaged here, and they staff was nice enough to even provide champagne as a congratulatory drink! Truly personable experiencing doing Skip the line here! After eating all Pasta and Pizza, you will definitely crave American Food, so ensure you skip the line here and save yourself the wait time!
