Awful skip the line trip

The guide called at 10 pm the night before and said the trip needed to be moved to 11 am. I told him it could not be changed as we had another tour at 1 pm. He told me he would get back to me which he did not. We went to the Castle and they said we didn’t have tickets. We had to pay a second time for the trip.

The Castle itself is a must see. I went on a tour the day before with my sister on an actual live tour. It was so brilliant that I wanted to take my boyfriend a few days later. We signed up for the audio guide through Viator. It had some explanations written by AI, in no particular order, so nothing matched up with what we were seeing. There were numbers on the walls, but the info on our audio guide was all over the place. I was grateful that I could at least share info with my boyfriend that I learned on the previous tour. His experience was severely “less than”. Would recommend going on a live tour over audio.

Provided audio guide was pointless

The ticket gets you into the castle and the castle experience is awesome, but the app and guided tour are worthless. Just get a regular ticket or look elsewhere for an audio tour that's worthwhile. The audio tour bookmarked meaningful places in the castle, but had very little of interest to say about the places, and overall felt like ChatGPT generated a bunch of mediocre over generalized summaries.

Bad direction, wasted lots of time

Terrible direction. At first, they say they will send detail direction via email or WhatsApp. But by this morning 9AM, no direction came. The attached voucher had no baroda or QR code. I sent an email. After an hour later, tgey reply me, saying " make a digital copy of passport or ID and show the ticket number to enter by myself. There was no one to meet, nobody to tell us what to do. The ticket admitting person denied my entry,until we get the entry barcode, which came later. Terrible service and direction. Very disappointed with this ticket!

Truly ‘Skip the Line’ tickets. The audio tour is informative and easy to use. You have to use your phone and earphones. Once you download the audio tour, it is fairly easy to follow. Tour is less than an hour. That is plenty of time at this site. Glad I did this.
