Shamefully, the chef decided to not show up as I was the only person signed up for the tour. I believe the larger group canceled at the last minute, however, I woke up early to arrive on time for my tour. My time is my most valuable asset, therefore, have the courtesy to respect that.

Me and my nieces had a fantastic time during this class. Even though there were 14 of us in the class, Marco made sure to interact with all of us. It was neat to go to the local market and get some history of the city along the way. A great hands on experience to be able to know how the dough should look and feel. Even got tips on what to do if the dough is too dry. Thanks for a great time Marco!

We had a great pasta class with Marco. He took us to the local market to get all the ingredients, showed us how his Nonna used to make pasta and gave us sooo much more information about his life and living abroad in Australia and the States. It was such a fun day with a lovely group, the best handmade pasta and great local wine. I definitely recommend to book a cooking class with Marco! You won't regret it.

This was avery nice experience. Marco, the Chef is amazing person. However, this class should be done in a central table where we could see better the all process. I know that they had an old kitchen like this and chaged recently to a type of class room which is not easy to see whats going on on the chef table. Besides this it was an amzing experience
