Being picked up, close to our Airbnb, was a wonderful start to a very personal experience. The driver was knowledgeable, and thoughtful and spoke perfect English albeit with a New York/Philadelphia accent.(I figured that out pretty quickly!) The gardens and the museum at the Villa D’Este were spectacular, and so pleasant. The cooking demonstration was fun, but not interactive. The meal was lovely. All in all, a very full day.
