Pros: The hot air balloon ride was amazing & staff was responsive & friendly. Breakfast in the Caves was cool & breakfast was very good. Loved the pyramids & that we were given ample time to walk the vast grounds. Appreciated that water was provided. Cons: unexpected stop at a strip mall for a hard sell on handicrafts. Did not appreciate that & I walked out of the talk. A guide was not provided at the Pyramids & I wish this experience had the foresight to include a guide. Overall, glad I did this.

Phenomenal experience...

Phenomenal experience with a beautiful view of the sunrise, pyramids and mountains! Pilot was wonderful and expertly guided us, and the staff was welcoming and helpful. Safety is a priority and each balloon had a dedicated team watching on the ground for take off and landing.

Delayed pickup

There was a mix-up and poor communication between the driver and the person I contacted at 4:30am, we were not picked up until 4:41. That was the only detail that we found a bit uncomfortable and irresponsible. Something great was that the driver had a good selection of music.

Amazing excursion

Experience was amazing. 10/10 recommend. Our tour guide was Adrian and he make the excursion super fun! You get breakfast, go to the hot spring pools, you can zip line if you’d like for an additional cost , explore the caves and the river. The water is super warm and lovely. If you forgot your swimsuit, don’t worry as they stop by a store along the way. Also would recommend that you purchase water shoes (can be bought at the store they stop at).

Excellent balloon experience over Teotihuacan

The experience was excellent. The punctual transfers in comfortable vans. The check-in is very fast; they welcome you with coffee, tea, fruit, and cookies. Afterward, they take you to the balloon; the boarding and takeoff process is very calm, the view is very beautiful, and the flight is very smooth. Afterward, you have a Mexican restaurant with mariachis. The whole experience is more than recommended.
