I won’t give a bad rating...

I won’t give a bad rating because the activity was amazing. But I will say this… they force you in person to pay for the park entrance and the quad insurance total of $60 dollars person per quad. If you don’t pay both they will not let you ride the quad. You are entitled to leave a deposit if you don’t damage the quad they’ll reimburse you but they will tell you Viator doesn’t allow it so they force you to pay the no refundable insurance.

Great ride from the airport

The driver that we had was very kind and made us feel extremely welcome. From the moment we got in the car he set a good vibe and was eager to talk to us about different things in the area. He showed us new music that we very well ended up enjoying, and towards the end, he even took us to the grocery store. Overall, we had a nice ride and an even nicer driver.

Beyond happy!

We loved our adventure with Alex, Carlos and Moises! We are a family with 3 teen/tweens and wanted to see El Arco. We are so happy we selected this tour with snorkeling! From the beginning, Luis was warm and welcoming. The trip was so relaxing and fun, thanks to the two guides, Alex and Carlos, and Moises, the boat captain. They pointed out wildlife, landmarks and interesting notes about the area. They definitely prioritized safety-both in the water and on the boat. Alex kindly made himself available to help our youngest during snorkeling, offering to have the flotation device ready for her to grab anytime she got tired of treading. I appreciated that he made sure not to baby her, so she gained confidence gradually. We felt safe and engaged the whole time and appreciated their wide knowledge and authentic love for the area. We bought Carlos’ photos through airdrop because they were 100x better than the ones I took through my waterproof case. Definitely would recommend this tour to others!!

You Must Try This!

My husband and I loved this excursion. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. I was a little afraid to drive the ATV until our guide told me that I could do it and he would help as much as needed. We laughed and talked before the tour. He gave me the thumbs up to reassure me that I was doing things correctly. We high 5 after the tour was over because I did it. They gave us a test run so that we could get familiar with the vehicle. I really appreciate them for doing that. They camel ride was awesome. This was also a first time for me and I truly loved it. Our guide for this portion of the excursion has is laughing from start to finish. He has such a wonderful personality. He took to the spot for our lunch and tequila testing too. He truly made us feel welcomed and he served us extremely well. I would definitely recommend this excursion to my friend and family.

Safe Secure Cabo Private Transport

Jose was very responsive and communicative. He gave us great tips and set up our excursions for us. He offers better deals than what’s offered at your resort and safer than stopping at the scammers at the airport which will make you sit through a 90 minute timeshare meeting (and they won’t tell you this). Book with Jose! This is his company and he has a few other drivers (we had a different driver when we were leaving the resort) and he was also great, but I forgot his name!

GREAT experience

So fun!! Went with my husband and 3 kids ages: 10, 8, 4.5. Highly recommend! We were unable to go to lovers beach because the waves were too high and it would've been too dangerous to try and get off the boat in that location. However, they offered 2 other locations that were MORE than comparable. Some of the passengers were very angry about it, and complained about "false advertising", but I truly appreciate the staff prioritizing our safety over everything else. Can't control weather/waves! The staff was super friendly and helpful and made my kiddos so comfortable. Would definitely do this again!

The Los Cabos Zipline...

The Los Cabos Zipline Eco-Adventure was absolutely phenomenal and one of the highlights of our trip! From start to finish, the entire experience was exciting, beautiful, and incredibly well organized. Isaac and Tony took amazing care of us the whole time. They were professional, encouraging, and made us feel completely safe throughout the adventure. We hiked up the mountain a little at a time between activities, which gave us a chance to enjoy the scenery and build anticipation for each zipline. In total, we did 7 ziplines, and every one of them was thrilling and unforgettable. We also had the opportunity to rappel down about 100 feet, which sounded intimidating at first, but the crew explained everything so well that I felt totally safe the entire time. Their attention to safety and encouragement really made the experience enjoyable and stress-free. Jasmine also did a wonderful job taking beautiful pictures of both my spouse and me. She captured so many great moments that we will always remember. To top everything off, at the end of the adventure we met Lola, who made us delicious cheese quesadillas and served what may honestly have been the best salsa I have ever tasted! This excursion was the perfect combination of adventure, scenery, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. I would highly recommend the Los Cabos Zipline Eco-Adventure to anyone visiting Cabo!

Great Excursion for Large Groups

We did this activity with a large group of friends and family. It was fantastic and everyone had a blast. The staff was wonderful and kept the drinks flowing and assisted us with whatever was needed throughout the trip. Some of the older ones in our group had a tougher time getting around on the boat but staff was attentive and happily helped out. We all agreed that we would have liked just a little more time in the water for snorkeling but overall everyone was very satisfied with the excursion.

We had a fantastic time. The experience itself was amazing as is but the guide made all the difference, Miguel and Alonso did awesome! 3 hours was a perfect amount of time to see the amazing scenery, snorkel and explore the beach and finish it all off with some amazing ceviche and fajitas. Thank you both for a memorable time we won’t soon forget.

This was our first time...

This was our first time using Epic Transportation and I’m happy with the service they provided us. They picked us up from the airport, and brought us back after our resort stay was complete. They were on time on both occasions and communicated with us very well via the Viator app to confirm pickup times and exact locations. I would definitely consider using their service again the next time we visit Cabo.

This is a 3 hour boat experience. Cabo is famous for their arch! There are many boat options to take you to see them, but why not party to get there? The music was great, it was lit, there’s unlimited tequila, and free photos! The crew makes sure you have a great and safe time!

Overall great activities

The camel ride was really fun, and driving the UTVs in the sand was awesome. The shared ride went smoothly. I knew we'd have to pay $25/each to get into the place. They did really want you to buy the insurance telling you if someone hits you, you'll have to pay the damages. Other than that, overall great place and fun activities.
