Be sure to bring an umbrella in case of rain or harsh sun. Be ready to walk for two hours. You will learn lots of interesting information regarding mexicos past and sadly forgotten history. Seeing the pyramids in person is a feeling that cannot be captured in photos. It is epic and overwhelming to picture humans in the past creating such a place with the technology at their disposal

An Incredible, Informative Tour of Teotihuacán – A Terrific Private Experience

From the moment our guides greeted us at the hotel, their friendliness and professionalism truly set the tone for the day. They provided a clear rundown of expectations and travel time, making us feel comfortable right from the start. The drive to the site was an added benefit, as they pointed out interesting local points of interest along the way. At Teotihuacán, their historical insights about the layers of the site and the ancient social structure were fascinating. Exploring the pyramids and climbing to the top provided incredible views, and we really appreciated our guide capturing great memories with photos. We were also especially amazed by the opportunity to see some of the neighborhoods being uncovered and to taste local indigenous plant beverages. Overall, having a private tour for our group of four was excellent value, complete with a very safe and reliable driver. This tour was truly terrific.

Great private experience...

Great private experience on Xochimilco. Armando was our guide and drove expertly through the city through some difficult roads, managing our trip expertly. We loved floating on the canals and embracing the indigenous experience and culture they are built upon. We had lunch at an excellent Yucatán restaurant in coyoacan, then toured the Frida Kahlo museum where Armando was holding our place in line. The museum was extraordinary and gave us a whole new perspective after learning all about Frida’s resilient spirit. It was a beautiful way to spend the day and Armando was a delight to have as a guide.

An unusual review

We haven't done the experience with them, but we 100% recommend them!! Me and my partner scheduled the experience with the through aviator. Due to technical issues we never received the confirmation email (which we don't believe it was the operator's fault), so we thought it wasn't confirmed and ended up not going to the activity. Days later I noticed I got charged, and came to see it was confirmed. Here is where things get really positive: seeing all that, I contacted them asking for a refund. I wasn't very hopeful, but it was a lot of money for me and my partner. And to our surprise, they were incredibly understanding and fully refunded us. Also, since we were on a different country, I changed phones, and it wasn't until I was back that I saw that the operator even tried to contact us on WhatsApp the day of the activity to confirm things and give us information, unsuccessfully. So we are writing this review because we believe that is when things go wrong that we really see how good a business or an operator is, and they showed incredible service and respect! So we could not recommend them more if you want someone trustworthy and respectful!

Great Slow-Paced and Education Tour

This guided tour was very fun and educational. Our tour guide Jonathan was clearly interested and knowledgeable about the history and the exhibits. The tour started around 9 am and ended around 1 pm. I do wish there was about a 1 hour time in between so we can rest a little and eat a proper lunch, but the tour itself was not fast-paced and very interesting and manageable. I would say not having time to eat and not a lot of time in-between to sit down was the biggest downside. Also, you are not allowed to bring drinks, food, or selfie sticks into these exhibits (among some other items).

The guide Gerardo was amazing. He had so much background information and was open to all questions. The mini-van was comfortable and the driver was great at managing the Mexico City traffic. The lunch stop and demonstrations re: the Agave tequilana and obsidian market were also interesting.

A Beautiful Day Trip!

This day trip was the perfect combination of history, culture, architecture, and beautiful scenery. Puebla was absolutely charming, with its colorful streets, beautiful colonial buildings, and rich history. Cholula was incredible, especially seeing the pyramid and the beautiful church with the stunning views of the surrounding area. One of my favorite parts was visiting Santa María Tonantzintla. The intricate and colorful interior of the church was truly breathtaking. The tour was well organized. Gib, our driver was professional, friendly, and a safe driver. I tripped during the tour because it was raining that day and the road was slippery. Thankfully, I’m okay, except for a few scratches on my knees. Alvaro, our tour guide, was very attentive and immediately made sure that I was okay. Alvaro was also very informative and genuinely passionate about sharing the history, culture, and traditions of each place we visited. He explained everything so well and made the tour very enjoyable and memorable.

Brilliant way to spend an evening

A really great experience. The meeting location was a safe sport that was easy to get to. Alex, our guide, then took us to a fantastic bar where we sampled local drinks and music, told us some history and trained us in the art of shouting chants and wearing masks ready for the arena. He got us safely seated and, at the end of the event, he walked us all together back to our meeting spot where we could order Uber’s or walk safely back up the main road. Fab from start to finish, could not recommend enough.
