If you chose the package with transportation, we will pass you between 4:30 and 4:50 a.m., to arrive around 5:30 to Teotihuacan. Si Se Puede!!!

Liz and Pablo were absolutely amazing hosts! We went to two taco spots and tasted Puelque and Mezcal. They taught us all the phrases and curse words to shout. The history of the Luchador. Then they took us to the stadium and the seats were fantastic. We had a great time. They even made sure we all made it safe to our Ubers. This is the tour to book if you’re looking!

A Must-See Experience: Teotihuacan Pyramids - Private Tour the Way to Go

An excellent, informative day, filled with new insights about Mexico’s history. Manuel was a wonderful guide and Jose a great driver. We were picked up at our hotel in Roma Norte and it took about an hour to get to the pyramids. It was a hot day and for sure you need a hat of some kind. Manuel walked us through the ruins and shared so much information with us. He was so responsive and knowledgeable about so many things. We appreciated the fact that he is a teacher as his through and effective approach to communicating was super beneficial. We walked up the Moon, Sun, and Serpent pyramids. Saw amazing murals, Learned about restoration and reconstruction efforts. Walked A LOT (which was great). They provided us each bottles of water as well. The private tour was worth it because we could take it at our own pace, asking the questions we were most interested in, etc. In fact, Manuel was so thorough that we were excited to go to the Museum of Anthropology the next day to explore the Teotihuacan Room. (Which we did!). Highly recommend this experience!

Lalo was a ten (as was...

Lalo was a ten (as was our driver Chacha!). The entire trip was beautifully organized from start to finish, including all prep information given in advance, but it was the group coordination that really sealed the deal. Lalo matched everyone's energy throughout the day (chill during the early AM pickup when we were all getting our acts together), then later upbeat and enthusiastic once we arrived onsite and began the day in earnest. It's clear he's passionate about Mexican history and culture and enjoys presenting both in a way that is at once compelling, respectful, and frank. The stops themselves are incredible, but it was the whole group experience that made this a stand out. I'd recommend it to anyone. Pick a weekday for thinner crowds!

Amazing!

Fernando our pilot was awesome! He was mentioning he had 15+ years of experience flying which made me feel a lot more safer. I am a person afraid of heights but for those who are scared of heights no worries this is the most peaceful ride you will ever experience. Our ride was very smooth and landing as well! I enjoyed every minute especially the moment we passed very close to the pyramids. RECOMMEND!

Balloon flight only option - group of 4 people

We chose the balloon flight only option. They message a day ahead in whatsapp and gave us the address. Its not clear in the description but plan to get to their office around 5:15 am, the balloon flight is around 6 am. We drove there from Mexico city, which was about an hour away. You can park in front of their office if there is space available. The balloon flight itself was about an hour, and goes very high and overlooks the pyramid with sunrise views. Definitely worth it. They can fit more than 10 people in the ballon, but its compartmentalized, so if u are traveling with a group, each compartment could hold like 4 people. They also serve coffee, tea, water and light snacks before the trip. Overall an amazing experience!

Unique experience

This is the one of the most unique experiences I have ever done. The hot air balloon flight is definitely the highlight and worth getting up early. While the experience itself was great, it could be time managed better. We had a lot of waiting moments which made it longer than needed.

The highlight of my trip

The day was awesome. The balloons are once in a life time. Our driver Pablo was on time and drove us safely home through a crazy rain storm. Jessica took care of us all day. The photos and videos were awesome. Diego was an amazing guide for the pyramids. 10/10 highly recommend.
