Hotels located on Diamante Zone area the service is only private (Hard Rock Hotel, Nobu Hotel, Rancho Grand Solmar Hotel). Pick Up from Hotels back to The Airport are not Available. This service is only from the Airport to Hotels, we do offer transfers from Vacation Rentals, located in Los Cabos area only, we do need to know the exact address of the location.

What To Expect
Travel between Los Cabos Airport and your hotel in Cabo San Lucas, San Jose del Cabo, and nearby areas, by pre-booking your one-way shared arrival transfer. Avoid the hassle of public transportation and save time over an expensive taxi or private transfer service.
Receive confirmation of your transfer and a travel voucher within 24 hours of booking. Upon arrival at the airport and after clearing customs, look for the Gray Line meet and greet representative, who will take you to your vehicle.
Board the late model vehicle with air conditioning for the transfer to your hotel, driven by a professionally certified driver. Provide your voucher to the driver, then sit back, relax, and enjoy the views during the ride. Transfer time will depend on the traffic and number of passengers, which is capped at 16.

Pros: I felt safe and generally comfortable in the van transfer itself.
Cons: I think it's important to flag that this could take a lot longer than you think... Between waiting around for a van-full of people to arrive, you will also wait in the van for an indefinite amount of time before you leave the airport, and then it could easily be another hour until you're dropped off at your destination, even in "Zone 1." The representative at the airport kept telling me "ten-to-twenty minutes more," and that turned into nearly 90 minutes waiting in the Mexican heat.

Had to wait about 35 min for shuttle to arrive- they suggest you go to the bar nearby for a drink. - $50 later (2 margaritas) - should've just taken a private taxi.
SO many stops along the way - traffic is terrible. After a long day of travel , we just wanted to go to the resort directly. The craziest part was someone asked to stop at a store for cigarettes and the driver DID- WT?. Oh and something wrong w/ the air conditioning too, Book at your own risk - inexpensive, but painful! lol

Total chaos. You reserve and pay in advance and share your arrival time and flight number. When you arrive, you still wait and wait and wait with dismissive responses from GreyLine staff when politely asking when our shuttle will arrive. Other people who arrived after us got shuttles first. We waited an hour. I would better understand the wait if we hadn’t reserved in advance or if they had explained (traffic, destination, lack of drivers) instead of saying “5 minutes”. An inefficient system.

I saw the offer on Viator and thought the price was great deal. I confirmed my flight information and Grayline confirmed so I felt reassured that the ride would be timely. We got out of the airport at 11:05 and preceded to tent 6 and checked in. The staff member said we would probably need to wait another 45 minutes. I don’t mind waiting, but it was already 11:30am and we were not close to departing. My wife and I could not wait any longer because it could be another 30 minutes before we left so we found a ride with a personal taxi service. I requested a refund because of the situation and was denied. Be careful of these deals that seem too good to be true. I really thought I found a great deal.

Gray line was amazing! They took care of us directly at the airport leading us to a great seat while we waited the 5 min for our shuttle then came and got us…like we were VIPs. When we got out of the van I dropped my wallet and didn’t realize until the driver had left. I called the company and by the next day, they had delivered my wallet to my hotel without any extra charge or grief! Roberto at the Gray line was amazing!!!!

Always a little crazy at the airport even checking in for the shuttle. The directions I was given was point on. Fernandez my rep took charge and did an absolutely amazing job getting us on our shuttle quickly and we were the first stop. Everything worked out perfect and we cant thank Fernando enough for everything.

As soon as you get off the customs area go straight to The assigned area to get your transportation, you will get bombarded by offers.

I arrived three minutes before my time and was told I would need to wait 25-40 minutes for my shuttle. It just felt disorganized. I also happened to be one of the last stops so it was a long ride but that's not out of the question for a shuttle.

the transfer was good and organised. it took longer than I expected as I had to wait about an hour at the airport before the van departed which is understandable as they prob had to wait for all the passenger's flights to land. and also my accommodation was the last stop so in total it took me about 3 hours to get to my accom from the time I landed. the price was worth the wait though cos a taxi would've costed me 10x the price

Finding the representative was easy with the directions provided. The wait for the shuttle was long but understandable. The guy that checked us in came and found us. We were put in a Yukon with 3 other ppl so it was kinda tight in the backseat we were basically sitting in each other's legs. Driver didn't mess around. He got us to our destination pretty fast (80+ mph)

Price is reasonable. Wait time was not. Waited 35 minutes for a ride after checking in. Then had to stop at 4 other hotels on the way to our hotel. A little over 2 hours after landing did we finally arrive at our hotel. The ride in the back of the van was cramped and an adventure, if you like being tossed around like a rag doll. I will pay for a private shuttle next time.
