A wonderful day exploring Kuala Lumpur

We really enjoyed our Kuala Lumpur tour! Batu Caves was amazing, and we loved seeing the colourful steps and impressive temple. The Batik Factory was really interesting, and Thean Hou Temple was absolutely beautiful. We also enjoyed driving through Little India, visiting the mosque, and wandering around some of Chinatown. Every stop had something special to offer, and it was lovely to experience so much of Malaysia’s culture and diversity in one day. A fantastic experience that we would happily recommend to others! Jag was a wonderful guide and driver! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made us feel comfortable throughout the tour. We really appreciated his help and enjoyed seeing Kuala Lumpur with him. The photos of the Chinese temple and Batu caves don’t do justice to how magnificent they are. 17 foods & drinks, 7 stops, 7 people in the group, 1 brilliant guide (jay) …and just the right number of cats! I can’t recommend this tour enough. Hands on opportunity to make roti, and tastings of local fruits, smoothies and tea, rendang, satay to name a few. Jay met us when and where she said she would she was extremely informative and looked after us well.

Highly recommend a day trip to Malacca

1. The message about the hotel shuttle will be sent the day before, and the shuttle service on the day is very smooth. 2. The tour guide William and the driver were very professional; the guide told many stories and gave introductions along the way, so there was no dead air! 3. The Peranakan lunch was delicious, the portion size was just right, and you can taste classic dishes all at once. The number of attractions is just right, so it won't be a rushed tour. If you travel on the weekend, it might be congested to return to KL.

Leisurely tour

We opted for this tour on our last day in KL. We had already seen Batu Caves so opted to miss this out and only go to Genting Highlands. We were dropped off at the bottom Awana Skyway cable car station, given our digital tickets via WhatsApp and left to explore at our own leisure, i.e. cable car up to the Chin Swee Caves, then onto Genting Skyworlds, cable car back down to Premium Outlets mall adjacent to the cable car station. For us this was an ideal last day, very leisurely and we went at our own pace - Iliyas was our driver and patiently waited until we were ready to leave. So this is not a tour as such but more of private taxi service (although bear in mind we omitted the Batu Caves part which may have involved more of a guided tour, but we can't comment on that). We almost certainly could have done it cheaper with separate Grab taxi journeys but having a dedicated driver at our convenience was reassuring for us as we needed to be certain we could get back to KL by a certain time and we didn't want to worry about being able to hail a taxi when needed. As for Genting Highlands itself, the views are pretty spectacular and the Skyworlds resort has plenty of activities. Batu Caves should not be missed so this combination tour is a good option.

A brilliant trip to get a taster for Kuala Lumpur

We were only in Kuala Lumpur for 3 nights so was recommended to take this trip. It’s the best way to get an insight into KL and what you’d like to do. The Batu Caves are a must but the culture tour after helped us to pick where we’d like to revisit outside the tour and the places we were so bothered about. We really enjoyed China Town too - highly recommended and our guide was very knowledgeable

Great feel for the city.

Our driver was extremely knowledgeable. He was able to answer all of questions and gave comprehensive descriptions of all of our stops.
