I started with a tour in Banff. It was my first guided tour in Canada. The transportation was on time, and our guide was calm and helpful. During the drive, he shared stories about local places and famous people from the area. We had enough time to explore the lakes. Our guide was attentive and always ready to help, whether it was taking photos, answering questions, or giving us extra time at some stops. He also provided candy, snacks, and water for everyone. I really enjoyed the trip!

A wonderful canyon in the early winter snow, and experiences like Lake Louise that I regret not having.

It was an experience that left a lasting impression, with Bob's wonderful talk, and visits to Banff, Lake Louise, and Marble Canyon. Marble Canyon was in the snow, and while others had snow falling and stopping in sub-freezing temperatures, it remained in my memory. It was a tour of 12 people, waiting for the person who arrived just in time before the meeting time. It was good that the guide took many photos at each location. Other than a woman who took my seat in the car when I was alone, it was perfect.

We had an amazing day exploring Banff with Mark as our tour guide. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about the Rockies. From the moment we started, he kept the day organized, fun, and relaxed while sharing great stories and local insight about the places we visited. Lake Louise was absolutely stunning, and Mark made sure we had enough time to enjoy the turquoise water and take photos without feeling rushed. Marble Canyon was a highlight too—the canyon views and rushing water were incredible, and Mark helped us make the most of the stop. He also took us to Surprise Corner for that classic postcard view of the Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel, then to Bow Falls, where we got some beautiful photos by the Bow River. Mark was patient, easy to talk to, and attentive to everyone in the group. He knew the best spots for pictures, kept the schedule running smoothly, and made the whole experience feel personal rather than just another sightseeing tour. Enjoyable and Awesome!

This tour was the perfect way to see Johnston Falls and the Lakes. Every one of them were breathtaking and the time allotted at each stop was just right. We appreciated the options given for the types of hikes involved (doable or a little more strenuous). Naveen was an excellent guide! He offered several times to take pictures of the participants and was very helpful in regards to instructions at each stop. His easy going nature was a plus in our books! A gorgeous day made this bucket list experience, one that we will never forget!

Best day ever

We had an amazing experience visiting this national park! The views were absolutely breathtaking, and every stop along the way offered something beautiful and unique to see. The scenery was even better than we expected, with incredible landscapes and plenty of opportunities to take pictures and enjoy nature. Our guide was excellent, very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire experience. They explained interesting facts about the park and made sure everyone had a great time. We felt comfortable, learned a lot, and truly enjoyed every moment of the trip. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting the area. It was definitely a memorable adventure, and we would love to come back again!

Fabulous tour in Banff area.

Our tour was wonderful! (My wife and I and her brother/sister-in-law) Our guide Anchit was friendly, informative and helpful as us 70-ish seniors navigated difficult steps at Moraine Lake. He helped my wife navigate the 100+ steps up to the lookout. The private tour upgrade was very well worth it as we had flexibility to skip a couple locations, (because we'd seen them), and stay less time or more time as we wished. That helped in a couple crowded places where we weren't restricted by a short visit and need to return to the bus. Our guide also picked us up at our hotel. We would highly recommend this tour, (and the private upgrade, if possible).
