Wine blending workshop

My class takes 1 hour. It is open to beginners, I am here to help you! All materials and ingredients are provided. Studio overlooking quiet courtyard and Paris rooftops. Recipe sheets and details on pastries. Personalized course with a maximum of 2 people. Tasting with tea, coffee or rooibos. A coffee table is available for children. I like customer contact, meeting people from other countries (courses in English too). Come make madeleines and redo them at home, the atmosphere is good. The apartment right in the center, easy access. I give personalized advice on the neighborhood (Vivienne gallery, garden of the royal palace...) and on the pastry shop in Paris. You leave with your madeleines in a cake box. Pastry is very fun and at the same time manual, but above all delicious.

We will visit the almond orchard before starting the activity of making Nougat. The cultivation is organic and environmentally friendly. We welcome hives on the orchard. We have installed bird boxes and bats that allow the development of biodiversity. Great (and yummy!) experience

I loved this! Pierre waa my guide, and he was very friendly and informative. I happened to be the only person on my tour, so I was sent home with LOTS of goodies. It was really interesting to learn about the differences in baguettes and the history behind them. The financiers were also delicious, particularly straight out of the oven.

A Must-Do in Paris

Absolutely amazing experience! We brought our two 8 year olds and this class was perfect. Our instructor, Marie, was engaging, informative, helpful and fun. She was fantastic with the kids and made sure everyone was having a great experience. The class was a great size at 6 people (2 groups) and our macarons turned out perfectly. The class is very interactive, everyone helps mixing ingredients and then makes their own macarons. We received 7+ filling flavor options we could mix and match individually. It was one of the highlights of our trip and I would highly recommend for adults and kids!

Fantastic experience preparing a wonderful French meal

This cooking class, being longer than other 2-hour experiences, requires a time commitment. But for us, it was great. We went to the market and learned about how the local butcher is different than what we are used to. We also spent a good amount of time with the cheese monger booth, sampling different cheeses. Then we started preparing our meal with people volunteering for cutting vegetables, peeling and boiling the pears, preparing the meat, peeling and slicing potatoes, etc. The meat prep in particular was very enlightening to learn how to separate and remove the silver layer without losing a lot of meat. Plus, we had never heard of beef cheeks before. Certain things the chef did, such as preparing the ice cream. The beef was cooked in a stove-top pressure cooker. He was very knowledgeable and easy to understand as well as welcoming questions. Then all 12 of us plus the chef sat down at one big table to enjoy our meal. Definitely a great memory with a lot of learnings we will use in the future. It was a little pricey, but we would do it again in a heartbeat.

Rebecca and Laurent were charming and the recipes and food we cooked was great. View amazing with a full moon rising in a clear night sky. Did not get any message from them before we came, everything was arranged as advertised but it would have been nice to have them confirm the event beforehand. Small group, intimate setting. Host was knowledgeable and friendly. We sampled about 7 different French wines. Nice selection of cheese and meats. We did this on a Saturday evening and the shop had several other patrons visit during the event. This caused the event to run over the time. Great to see locals visiting this shop too.

Wonderful experience- not to be missed

We had the best time with Fred, he was knowledgeable and encouraging. We got to shop for, then cook an excellent meal having so much fun with the group we were with, this event has been well thought out and truly gives a wonderful tour of the Latin quarter as well as a glimpse of French cooking. The recipes were also sent to us. I would highly recommend this experience.

Very interactive and engaging! Ann made the class a great time and catered to the group whether you were an avid baker or first timer. We loved the small group size and intimate setting. After the class, we all got to sit down and enjoy our creations over coffee and tea. We took home over 50 macaroons!

A Deliciously Unique Experience

Chef Carole was so lovely to open her home to my daughter and I. She showed us how to make some traditional French holiday recipes that were absolutely delicious and we both felt like we could replicate them when we get home. She went over the ingredients in great detail, letting us know where they were from and how the flavor profiles worked together. As people who don’t usually “dabble” in the kitchen, we are now inspired to do so together more. Thank you Chef Carole for the truly amazing and unique experience!
