An absolutely exceptional guide – Nilufar made our Barcelona experience unforgettable! I genuinely wish everyone could experience Barcelona with a guide like Nilufar. She is an extraordinary person and an absolutely fantastic guide, and I honestly cannot praise her enough! From the very beginning, her incredible energy, positive attitude, warmth, and seemingly endless knowledge made the entire experience special. What impressed me most, however, was not just how much she knew, but how naturally and enthusiastically she shared that knowledge, making every story interesting, accessible, and engaging. What truly sets Nilufar apart is the extraordinary care she takes of her group. My mother and I felt genuinely looked after before, during, and even after the tour. And it was the little things that made such a huge difference. She remembered which hotels people were staying at and would casually suggest places nearby that we might want to revisit or explore on our own. She shared recommendations, offered honest advice about what was worth seeing, and made sure we didn't miss things we might otherwise have overlooked. At Sagrada Família, for example, she specifically reminded us not to leave without visiting the museum. It might sound like a small detail, but it perfectly illustrates how attentive and thoughtful she was throughout the day. She was constantly aware of everyone in her group. She knew who was where, adjusted the pace whenever someone needed it, and instinctively noticed when a person might need a little extra assistance, even with something as simple as getting off the bus. Nilufar spent an entire day sharing her knowledge, answering questions, looking after everyone, keeping us engaged, and making sure we were having a wonderful time. Yet from the very first moment until the very end, she remained the same wonderful whirlwind of positivity, enthusiasm, and energy. If she was tired, she certainly never showed it! There is a real art to making people feel safe, comfortable, entertained, and genuinely cared for while also teaching them so much about the places they're visiting. Nilufar has mastered that art. Thanks to her, our day in Barcelona was even more wonderful than I had imagined. I honestly believe I could explore just about anywhere with her as my guide and have an amazing time. In fact, I would happily take the exact same tour with her again, because I'm absolutely certain I wouldn't be bored for a single minute! Her passion for the Sagrada shone through, and we learnt so much—informative, fun, and with a serious side. Too much guest personal sharing

The Sagrada Familia for the Golden Hour was priceless -- we were lucky to have great evening light. The guide was friendly and knowledgable, but spent WAY too much time talking to guests and asking about personal experiences. I get that, overall, he was trying to connect the history and context of the cathedral to our own experiences (great for his middle school history students), but I found it frustrating and a waste of time -- I was too eager to not only get into the cathedral, but to walk around once we got inside (the organ was playing (!), but ended right when we entered. Had we not talked so much outside about personal stuff while outside, we would have heard more of the organ!). Also, I didn't really care to share, for example, my personal work history with strangers. I did appreciate the guide offering to take photos of us with our own phones inside the cathedral.

I am Mexican living temporarily in Madrid. Excellent tour and clear on the activities. My guides Eduardo and Laura were extremely kind and attentive. The dynamic between cities is fluid, punctual, and precise. I was clumsy and arrived late to the last meeting point, even so they worried about finding me and reuniting me with the group. Wonderful Experience

I was able to book a tour at the last minute. Loved that it was a small group of only 26 people and we had a great guide. After the tour we were able to remain in the park and explore on our own. The only suggestion I would offer is to ask for the Wi-Fi password before you start the tour. It will definitely come in handy if you want to do any of the exhibits that have an additional fee.

Amazing Experience!

This tour is a must! We're glad we decided to do the tour because it's one thing to walk through and see everything but it's so much better when you can hear the history! Pilar was amazing and so knowledgeable. She made sure every one of us could hear and see her as well as important items in each room. The audio devices to hear were great, makes you feel like you're alone in the room even though there's people everywhere.

The Sagrada Familia is a must!!!

The Sagrada Familia is stunning - in sunny weather, which, however, occurs in BCN on over 300 days/year. Same for us. Veronica explained everything great and was very nice (English tour). Nevertheless, the tour was very expensive, but we got the last 4 of 5 tickets on that day. Tip: book tickets in time, the cheaper tickets are often sold out 2 weeks in advance.
