Escorlial is an amazing...

Escorlial is an amazing experience. Ana, our guide, was very informative. If we had gone on our own we would not have had any of the context for what we were seeing. The trip to the Valley of the Fallen was interesting and creepy... Knowing that the remains of thousands of combatants in the Spanish Civil War were buried in the walls of the haunting church built right into the stone was enough to send chills.

Great day trip from Barcelona

Montserrat makes a wonderful day trip from Barcelona. The cog wheel train is quaint and fun, and the views are spectacular. The views from the monastery are also amazing. The cathedral is very beautiful, and seeing the Black Madonna was a special experience. The monastery museum wasn’t very good. I wish we’d skipped it and taken the funicular further up the mountain instead.

Great experience. Beautiful place. You have 3 hours on your own here so do some research in advance on how to spend your time. We did the art museum which was really nice. There's plenty of dining options on site as well. Francisco was very knowledgeable and informative. Id definitely recommend the tour

Excellent tour with an excellent tour guide!

We learned so much about the region and the culture on this tour. Eduardo, our guide, was friendly and attentive to everyone's needs. He pointed out many things in the landscape along the way, and told us about the history of all the places we visited. Be prepared with comfortable walking shoes, water, sunscreen, and a hat. There are a lot of stairs and uphill walks in Tarragona. The restaurants in Sitges are wonderful! Beautiful beaches, great views. Definitely a worthwhile trip.

Excellent Tour, Great Guide, and Beautiful Stops

I had a wonderful experience on the Montserrat, Girona & Costa Brava Guided Day Trip from Barcelona. The itinerary was well planned, allowing me to visit three beautiful and unique destinations in a single day without feeling rushed. Montserrat was breathtaking, with stunning mountain views and a peaceful atmosphere. Girona's historic streets and charming old town were fascinating to explore, and the Costa Brava offered spectacular coastal scenery that made for a perfect ending to the trip. Our guide was knowledgeable, friendly, and organized, sharing interesting history and local insights throughout the day while keeping everything running smoothly. Transportation was comfortable, and the timing at each stop was just right. This tour is an excellent choice for anyone who wants to experience some of the best sights outside Barcelona in one day. Highly recommended!

Wonderful afternoon in Montserrat

An amazing outing an hour out of Barcelona. We were spoilt with information about the history of Montserrat by our guide Sophia. The monastery was a great experience and the village had so much to offer. Enjoyed the liqueur tastings and bought a significant amount of these from the local vendors. The Sunday afternoon slot also ensured that it was not too busy.

We had an incredible stargazing tour in Tenerife! Libby was amazing on the ride up to Teide and made the whole experience fun and enjoyable. The food and sunset were both fantastic, and Kieran was extremely knowledgeable about astronomy. Seeing the stars in the clear night sky was absolutely breathtaking. Toledo - a Worthwhile Day Trip from Madrid!

Our family (two adults + two teenagers) had a fantastic day trip to Toledo! Our local guide - Beatrice - was full of great humor and insight regarding the history of Toledo, Spanish culture and more. Our driver - Guillermo - also navigated us safely to-and-from Toledo in a comfortable bus. I definitely think a day trip out to Toledo is a worthwhile excursion to couple with a stay in Madrid; Toledo is a beautiful historic city with much to absorb. This tour provided us with sufficient time to explore Toledo on our own, while also including time dedicated to Beatrice's exploration of specific sights with the group. The tour is in both Spanish and English, but we had no issue with that; Beatrice seemed to navigate both languages with considerable ease.

Barcelona and Monsterrat

This was an amazing tour. It takes you out of the hustle and bustle of beautiful Barcelona and shows you more of the actual country. Hugo was extremely knowledgeable and a 100% Catalan. We had a bad storm roll in and he worked around it to make the best of it, despite the storm. He showed and told us things about Barcelona that were very interesting. Monsterrat is a must see. Família Sagrada is also a must do.
