Changing of the guards and more

Watching the changing of the guards at the Gyeongbok Palace was a delight and our guide, the wonderful, knowledgeable Sunny, ensured that we were in front for best views (and escaped before the crowds). Then off to the historic Hanok Village, up to the observatory and then the wonders of the Ginsing Museum and much more. This tour was great. It was a long day but the sites were amazing. Our guide, Patrick, was fun and knowledgeable. Check off the top Seoul “Must sees” in a day.

It’s a very long day with alot packed into one day. It was also a tough group to accommodate due to some physical challenges with some members. Felicity Jieun Jung did a very nice job taking care of everyone. It is a good way to get done some of the “must see” things in a new city and gives you an idea what to go back to on your own. Such as Insadong which requires several more hours of leisurely visit instead of a quick lunch. It was a very enjoyable day.

Couldn't have had a better experience

Great experience with a very professional organisation. Great communication from the very start and throughout. Fantastic guide,Jung, who was always friendly, informative, entertaining (when appropraite) & genuine. Coach driver was also fantastic and standard of transport was very comfortable and very clean. Great Day

An absolutely wonderful day with Sook-Hee our tour guide. We covered most of the important sites (Palaces, a temple and markets). A lot packed into one day. Our guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. We learned a lot about Korean history and culture. The time spent at the Ginseng 'museum' could have been put to better use.

The DMZ tour is very emotional and very educational

It is extremely emotional and educational.. It is a great workout physically and you need to be able to do a lot of stairs. It is fairly challenging and long inclines. Wear good walking or hiking shoes.. overall it is a great experience and a great tour.

Amazing opportunity to...

This was an amazing opportunity to view the DMZ, as well as North Korea (from a distance). The tour was well organized, with all details taken care of by the provider. We had an outstanding guide (Joseph) who made sure we knew everything we needed to about each stage of the journey. He picked us early, which helped beat the crowds, then ushered us expertly through each stage of the tour, making sure we were comfortable throughout. Absolutely Worth It!!! Foreigner friendly

When I tell you this experience was a 10 out of 10…I mean it! Foreigner friendly I promise. Our tour guide Jake was the absolute best. So friendly and kind hearted. From the beginning to the end he was informative and communicated greatly. Took his time to ensure we had great photos and would offer to take them for us. Also answered any questions we had about the history of the city or general questions. There wasn’t one question Jake wasn’t able to answer. Unfortunately, during one of the walks I slightly rolled my ankle. Jake was so quick to assist me with finding the nearest convenience store. He helped to translate with the staff about my slight injury and they advised what I needed. Within 5 mins of me hurting my ankle I was all patched up. Jake bandaged my ankle with a cold patch and wrap and we were able to continue the tour. I had to move a lot slower to refrain from making my slight injury into a serious one. Jake would walk with me slowly and found me places to sit while he continued to explain to me the history of the sites we were visiting. I never felt rushed and I still got to experience the tour. I highly recommend this private tour to foreigners if your a bit nervous about exploring the city on your own. Jake was fluent in English and Korean which made it so much easier. Thanks again Jake for making this tour a memory that I will keep for a lifetime! ☺️
