Better bc of our tour guide
This tour ONLY gets 5 stars because of our guide Tomo. If you get her as a guide then you are in for a treat, she made the tour that much better and made the time fly by. I’ve done two other tours with this company and the guides were just not as good so in general it was maybe 3 stars for those. But because of her this one was 5 stars.

Excellent and Easy
We had a great time touring Hiroshima with Emiko. She was very passionate and knowledgeable of the sites around the area. We had great conversations and she was enjoyable to hang out with for the day. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a tour of Hiroshima. The experience was easy, customizable and flexible.

Senae Exceeded Our Expectations on Miyajima Island Half-Day Tour
Our guide, Senae, was informative, as well as personable, and seemed more like a friend than a guide. We spent a half day with her at Miyajima Island, which allowed plenty of time to enjoy the beautiful views of the torii gate "floating" on the water. We also explored the Itsukushima Shrine and Daisho-in Temple, plus sampled some traditional snacks. Senae met us at our hotel, which was convenient and hassle free, and accompanied us on the subway and ferry . Senae shared interesting information about Miyajima iIsland, and she answered our questions about Japanese culture. Senae also took some wonderful photos of us throughout our tour. She provided tips on the food and shops and even showed me how to fold a paper crane (origami). Senae exceeded our expectations and made this day special for us.

A must do activity when visiting Hiroshima
Camille, our tour guide was very friendly and professional. She showed a lot of respect for the tragic history of Hiroshima while also making the tour engaging and interesting. I walked away from the experience with a deeper understanding and appreciation for the cultural significance of the region.

Many Hiroshima tours focus on the city’s World War II-era history, with guided visits to attractions like the UNESCO-listed Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park and the Atomic Bomb Dome. But the city hasn’t let itself be fully defined by tragedy. A local guide can help you navigate modern Hiroshima and learn more about the city’s rich culture. Activities like tea ceremonies, food tours, and day trips to see the famous Itsukushima Shrine in Miyajima can show you all that the city has to offer.
