Tommaso is a charming...
Tommaso is a charming chef and instructor. He explained everything well with great enthusiasm. The pizza was delicious! Learning how to make gelato was a real treat. I took this class with my daughter and we both really enjoyed it. I highly recommend this class. It’s a great event for family or friends.

Had an amazing evening...
Had an amazing evening with Chef Sal. Easy to follow instructions and expert guidance. We enjoyed the evening with a great group of travellers, made some friends and enjoyed (unlimited) delicious wine while cooking. Then came the best part - eating the pasta we made; 3 different variations of pasta. Such a great night. Would go again.

Amazing Experience
Our cooking class in Florence was one of the highlights of our trip to Italy! The experience was fun, relaxed, and a wonderful way to learn about authentic Italian cooking. Our instructor Clive was knowledgeable, patient, and made the class enjoyable for everyone. We learned how to prepare delicious traditional dishes and enjoyed every minute of the hands-on experience. Of course, sitting down afterward to enjoy the meal we prepared made it even better! If you’re visiting Florence, I highly recommend taking a cooking class. It was a memorable experience that we’ll be talking about lt long after our trip!

Bruneschelli cooking class - the best!
This was an amazing, fun experience with our chef Lorenzo! Set in old, rustic medieval tower - you can breathe the history there. Great setting, massive table so lots of space to get your arms and hands working with the dough and not impeding on your neighbour's space. Lorenzo was relaxed, engaging and an excellent teacher. We made ravioli (w Sage & butter sauce), tortalini (w tomato, garlic Basil sauce) and papardelli in a Tuscan ragú . Wine too! All equally delicious 😋 Definitely book this course. I have since done another school in Florence but this one topped the other by far.

The “Cradle of the Renaissance” is also the birthplace of one of Italy’s most beloved cuisines, so why not learn how to prepare classic dishes in a city kitchen or Tuscan farm at a Florence cooking class? Roll up your sleeves and prepare fresh pasta, authentic pizza, creamy gelato, and other crowd-pleasers. Opt for one-on-one private instruction or meet other aspiring cooks with a small-group class; you can even shop at a Florentine market like a local. Celebrate your new kitchen skills with a final tasting or meal—often served with a glass of local wine for an authentic Tuscan experience.
