In the heart of the green Tuscan hills and at the foot of a medieval city of rare charm, the Frantoio di San Gimignano takes you on a journey through time and space through stories, anecdotes and tales of one of the main products of the Mediterranean diet: oil extra virgin olive oil. This historic place of production has now also become a place of discovery and knowledge of the world of oil for the whole family, involving children and intriguing adults through the recreational-educational experiences of the multimedia tour, tasting and shop. Each stage will involve and stimulate the five senses for an experience truly immersive and interactive.

Treat yourself to a Tuscan dining experience with lunch and wine at Bottega Torciano in San Gimignano. You'll enjoy foods such as cheese, salami, and lasagna and try several varietals of Tuscan wine, from Chianti Classico to Brunello di Montalcino.

Once the tour is booked, you can go to the rental point to pick up the bicycles and start the experience with virtual navigation. The eBike tour starts from the Colle Val d'Elsa area and develops a loop of about 32 km between the hills of Val d'Elsa and Monteriggioni. The elevation gain is moderate and the route alternates secondary roads, compacted dirt tracks, and scenic sections, making it particularly suitable for an eBike MTB. The itinerary crosses cultivated fields, rows, small villages, and dirt roads immersed in the Sienese countryside. One of the most evocative moments is the approach to Monteriggioni, when medieval walls and towers emerge among the hills. A stop in the village allows you to discover one of the most iconic places on the Via Francigena. The fund is varied but generally smooth. No extreme training is required, although a minimal habit of Guide on mixed surfaces makes the tour more pleasant and safe.
