We came with our 15-year-old son and 18 & 20-year-old daughters. This was a fabulous family outing! Not only did we make fun shared memories but had a delicious meal. Our host was funny and it was a great time all the way around! I highly recommend it!

Great experience overall! This is a group activity with around 20 people in which you get hands-on experience making the pasta bases for three different courses, and then the chef prepares them in different styles. At the end, everyone eats together in the same space where the pasta was made. One thing to keep in mind is that you’ll be eating a mix of everyone’s pasta creations rather than just the dishes you personally prepared. The drinks are self-serve and unlimited, and the chef was very friendly.

Eduardo was amazing!!! Although we are American and speak English, he made my mother, a Peruvian and Spanish speaker, feel included. His instruction was easy to follow and his sauces were incredible! We only hope we can reproduce them. We were given a QR code for the recipes but they did not come up. Maybe someone can email them to me?

Definitely on my top three things we did this trip! Made three types of pasta from scratch and enjoyed them all at the end with delicious wine that never ended ! We are now motivated to try making pasta at home.

Antonio was so much fun to have as our instructor and chef! He made everything “perfect” in many ways and kept our group laughing and engaged the whole time. Our three pastas were fun to make but would have not tasted nearly as good if it wasn’t for his masterful sauces!

Simple and delicious recipes are taught around a large wooden table. After it’s all cooked we had a feast for lunch! With plenty of wine! Our instructor was a delightful young man! Exquisite use of the day!

Tons of Fun Making Pasta!

We had a free morning/afternoon while in town and decided to try out this pasta-making class. When you arrive at the restaurant it seems like a bit of a madhouse given the number of participants queuing but groups are quickly split up into smaller and more manageable size for the actual class. Our chef was Antonio and he was both knowledgeable and also hilarious. Antonio managed to usher us through the intricacies of pasta-making while ensuring everyone had fun. The class moves at a good pace and by the end of the class you will find yourself understanding how to make pasta through hands-on experience. FInally at the tail end of the class the food all gets cooked and you have a great lunch - plus the wine never stops flowing! This really is a fun time so if you find yourself in Florence with three free hours consider this as a great option.

We had so much fun! We got to make three different pastas. The chef Valentino was amazing and so talented. Our only complaint was that it was extremely warm and we were sweating the whole time.

Fast-paced instructions but we were able to follow. Chef Niccolo’s cooking class was concise, organized but also fun! The food was delicious too and best Chianti I’ve had in my life and I don’t even like Chianti - lol! I highly recommend this class and would do this again!

Bruneschelli cooking class w chef Andrea was one of the high points of our trip to Florence. Fun, educational, delicious! We ate and drank, rolled , filled and cut a variety of pasta, and tasted it with 3 homemade sauces!

Fantastic class- we booked last minute and are so glad! The chef was super fun and brought great energy, keeping the class engaged and moving and giving all of the students individual attention. Wonderful and Delicious Experience! Our cooking class was absolutely amazing! The chef was friendly, fun, and made the entire experience so enjoyable.
