This guided tour of Victoria Falls from both the Zimbabwean and Zambian sides was absolutely outstanding and far exceeded our expectations. Seeing the Falls from both countries in one day gave us a complete perspective, with breathtaking viewpoints on each side and just the right amount of time to enjoy them without feeling rushed. The visit to the local market was also a lovely addition and a great opportunity to support local artisans. What truly made this experience exceptional were the guides. Shelton (Zimbabwe side) was extraordinary. My father is 87 years old and uses a wheelchair, and Shelton went above and beyond to make sure he could fully enjoy the Falls. He patiently pushed the wheelchair, carefully chose accessible viewpoints, and never once made us feel like we were an inconvenience. Thanks to him, my dad was able to experience something that otherwise would not have been possible. This level of care and humanity is rare and deeply appreciated. Delphister (Zambia side) was equally professional, knowledgeable, and kind. She explained everything clearly, kept everything well organized, and made the Zambian side of the visit just as memorable. This tour is not only spectacular in terms of natural beauty, but also incredibly well run and inclusive. I cannot recommend it highly enough—especially for travelers with elderly family members or mobility challenges.

We had the best Chobe national park day tour! Our safari guide Cobra was an experienced and amazing guide and we got to see lions up close as well as tons and tons of elephants at a very close distance! The boat tour was very nice as well. Highly recommend!

The professional and capable team comprising Brian, Trevor Phila and Sylvia executed our tour to near perfection. They were knowledgeable, friendly and made our crossing between Zambia and Zim effortless. The falls are magnificent and each season has its own allure.

My boyfriend and I SUCH an amazing time! The entire experience was seamless, perfect, breathtaking, and just surreal. Everything was perfect. The weather was perfect. The sunset was absolutely stunning. We left at the perfect time. Got back at the perfect time, pick up drop off, dinner being included, drinks being included. Everything was perfect. I would 100% do this again and highly, highly recommend this to anyone wanting to experience a sunset cruise. Book. This. Company. You will NOT be disappointed.

Roland was our tour guide and he did an amazing job! He was very informative and allowed us plenty of time to stop for photos and just admire the beautiful falls. We didn’t have a rental car so they made it easy for us to get to the falls as they provided transportation as part of our booking fee. Roland was amazing and the company was very professional.

From start to finish this is hands down the best operator! pure Africa have a wonderful boat and we took advantage of the signature deck. It was incredible and the food was all just so beautiful x warm freindly welcoming team. We saw other boats but we felt like royalty!!!!! We wanted for nothing and nature dazzled us with the Zambezi beauty

First of all, it was not a private tour as stated in the description. We had one other couple doing the tour with us. That said, Bantu Safaris was very flexible when we wanted to have coffee at Lookout Cafe, and the other couple wanted to do their own helicopter ride - both of which were extra activities. Our morning guide was very cheerful and knowledgeable. Our driver for the afternoon who took us to the river cruise and the BOMA show was also very nice. We liked the experiences from this tour a lot.

As other reviewers have said, the trail down to the river and later back up is quite difficult and requires shoes with good tread and some energy. However, I am 72 and did it and the rafting trip was SOO worth it. The entire crew but most especially our guide OG were amazing.
