Great tour. Trevor was our guide for Zimbabwe side of the falls and he was personable and friendly. Falls were beautiful but you definitely need a raincoat and umbrella as spray will soak you. Raincoats can be hired. Would recommend shorts and taking a change of clothes. Bryan and Sylvia? were our guides in Zambia and were very friendly and accommodating. I couldn’t do the full walk by the falls due to a bad knee but this was no issue. Had Zambia food for lunch at our cost which was very good but huge portions. Museum was very interesting and worth $5USD. Town tour was good. Had a great day, would highly recommend

The tour its self was good and the guide was very informative. My main reason for the low score was the cost, it’s not value for money. Lunch is your cost so the park fees. The vehicle I had was not in great condition . I would look for another tour operator or better still go there yourself .

Zimbabwean falls side excellent. Great knowledgeable guide who had been a ranger. Saw all the important things.
Taken to clear immigration in Zambia and this is where the positives ended.
New guide and driver took ages to arrive. No coordination by the company between Zimbabwean and Zambian handover.
Saw the falls from the Zambian side. ok
Then taken to lunch. Self funded which was ok but guide told us we could pay by card or cash. Incorrect. When we went to pay - Eftpos not working - even without checking. Fortunately we also had USD or could have been embarrassed.
Then taken to Livingstone Museum. This is a self funded option but definitely worth doing. Driver and guide agreed a time for us to meet them outside - which we adhered to. However when we arrived, took the driver another 15 minutes to appear as he was attending to some personal business.
Then came the city tour. We were expecting a walk around. However - instead a very superficial by car experience. “This is the hotel”. “This is the magistrates court”. “This is where people shop.” This was far from being a guided tour of the town.
Do yourselves a favor - easier to catch a taxi to the Zimbabwe side and do the falls yourself. The guide/driver experience on the Zambian side was lac-lustre and it felt like they had no training in being a guide.

Words cannot express how amazing this experience was. From beginning to end, what a truly unforgettable experience.
Staff was professional, well coordinated and patient as we walked through the historic falls. They even got wet with us lol.
Totally worth it and this company removed the stress as they made everything smooth and worry free.

A great day exploring both sides of Victoria Falls. The help of the guides made the border crossing easy, and they made sure I was back on time for my afternoon activities. They had plenty of info about the falls and we did a 4km walk on the Zimbabwe side, followed by another 1.5km or so on the Zambia side. The guides on both sides were knowledgeable and helpful.

This was a wonderful experience to be able to visit a Unesco Site and two (2) countires. Our guides in both countrues were helpful and friendly. Crossing the border for the day (and back was easy. Be sure you have a multi-entry visa. I definitely recommend this tour!

Was a very good tour on paper, the guides were pleasant and friendly, but I thought it was over priced for what it was as I could have just walked from Zimbabwe falls to Zambia falls myself as did that the day before without issues. If the tour price included all entry cost it would be worth it otherwise I would say get the right visa in advance of your trip, walk across the bridge as border control was easy, once I. Zambia the falls entrance is about 50 metres on the left, really simple and save yourself some money.

Be prepared for extra expenses for Visas, park entrance and lunch on your own. None of these expenses were included in the cost of the tour. We were warned about Visa cost but not the other. The tour guides were excellent and the falls, animals and scenery were fantastic.

Zimbabwe side of the Falls was wonderful. You most certainly can do the walking tour alone but we had a lovely guide, Phila, that informed us of the culture & history & personal tales of life here . From there we were escorted thru the chaos of border crossing- thankful that we had both Ben & Brian to assist. They then accompanied us on the Zambia walking tour again offering lots of history & information. From there , delicious lunch at a livingstone cafe then back to the border.
My only disappointment was too long spent at lunch- no time for museum & sub-par transport vehicles but the guides themselves were quite pleasant& helpful.

Our tour of the Zimbabwean side of the Falls with Trevor was good. However vehicles are old and run down and no bottled water was supplied as advertised. When we did the Zambian sides of the tour our guide's name was.Sam. At lunch the waitress asked if we were.going to pay for our guide Sams lunch. We ended up paying for Sam's lunch as we felt abliged. We were then taken to the museum. Given a fellow tour passenger had a helicopter flight at 4pm, we requested to leave museum at 3pm. Our tour guide was no where to be seen until 3.30pm. Fellow passenger had to ring helicopter tour to keep them up to date where he was. Sam offered no explanation or apology. We did not get back to Victoria Falls until 4.30pm, 2hours later than advertised completion time.

We had an incredible day being guided through the Zambia and Zimbabwe sides of Victoria Falls. We learnt so much history and culture. Our guides were able to get us through the border crossings very quickly without us having to queue. If you are making 2 or more trips across the Zimbabwe/Zambia border be sure to have the KAZA Visa for multiple crossings. Also prepare to get wet. Nevertheless the experience and sights are amazing. This is a must do activity not to be missed. March is an excellent time to visit due to ideal water levels providing spectacular views of Victoria Falls without excessive obscuring mist.

Not value to money at all.
I had a nightmare when entering Zimbabwe and it was not allowed to enter. The tour operator did not inform in advance. Got my first refusal visa chop. Paid $100 to get another Zambia visa and then had to return without entering Zimbabwe.
This Victorial falls actually no need to join any tour.

Thank you Thi Thi , unfortunately we find it difficult to find a line of fault in our usual service delivery. We advise all our customers as soon as you book about a need for Kaza Visa and guide accordingly with all needed info. Home affairs issues are to your search with your Embassy prior to trip preparations. Your country Visa category has nothing to do do much with our ground services as when we can only facilitate swift passport stamping but not amend country to country entry restrictions , we do not qualify to do that. We tried all we could do as a Tour operator but unfortunately immigration rules are not made by us and we can not do much about it. Try next time and arrange for such entries during trip preparations and work closer with the Embassy to get more assisting information when you not sure of your Visa Category requirements to countries you are going to visit during your holiday. Our guide Brian called Ministry department and persuaded for a refund which done on discretion and $75,00 was given back to you from the $100,00 that was initial paid. We try best where we can in all situations to help customers but very vital you check with relevant authorities prior to travel on catergory entries into countries one is going to visit. This essential and also checking with your banks to open payment cards to countries you will enter and need make payments is vítal. Thank you for booking with us and sorry you couldn't enter our beautiful Country as we would have wished to show you around all best of what it offers in Tourism.

This is the perfect way to start a stay in Livingstone because you get to see the many sides of the falls, and from both Zambia & Zimbabwe perspectives. When I visited water was low due to drought in the months preceding, but although there may be an awesome roar, and amazing shows of mists when there's more water, I was glad I got to see more of the incredible rock formations and sheer clifftop drops! Highly recommend this!

What a great experience we had on the day trip to Zambia and Zimbabwe victoria falls side and exploring Livingstone town ! We had a best tour guide Brian who made this trip exceptional for all of us. Everything went very well ,exploring victoria falls was fun , well explained and plenty of time for photo opportunity. Reaching Livingstone town we headed to very nice restaurant with the music on the background , sitting outside and soaking with the Zambian sun. But the best part of eating out in Zambia comes once we were waiting for typical Zambian food ( impala dish with jollof rice mniam mniam 😋) and sitting under mango tree we discovered that mongo are coming down on the table and we were delighted to eat them as a desert . Zambian mangos are very sweet and juicy and most of all free for those who dining in the Cafe Zambezi 😌 Like I mentioned in the beginning our guide Brian done fantastic job by taking a good care of all of us and made memorable day of exploring Livingston ☀️

Trevor and Brian gave gave us a wonderful tour of Victoria Falls from both sides. We first started out with Trevor in Zimbabwe who picked us up at our hotel and were handed over to Brian in Zambia to facilitate border crossing. It was very informative and both guides work with you to accommodate your wants and needs. We got lucky; we were the only ones they had for the day. There was just enough mist from the falls to keep us cool from the heat but not too much that you can't see the falls!

A brilliant way to see, feel and hear the awesome power of the falls. Due to recent droughts the Zambian side was dried up but still gives an amazing view into how the falls cascade and meander. The day was made extra special thanks to Trevor on the Zimbabwe side and Brian on the Zambian side, our guides who were very accommodating knowledgeable and a great laugh. They certainly made our day feel so personalised. We would highly recommend this tour.

Victoria Falls are one of the seven wonders of the world and it’s easy to see why. November is the end of the dry season but there is still plenty of water on the Zimbabwe side, whilst on the Zambian side you can marvel at the gorge

Seeing the falls from Zambia side at low water season doesn’t add to the overall tour experience. Especially when you are wasting time by needing to cross the border twice. The number of peddlers waiting to pounce on you at the border is also a huge inconvenience.

FACT : The periods October, November and December are perennial low water months , however Zambia diverts it's water towards their turbines at Batoka Power station resultant the dry rock outcrop, diversion is on the Eastern cataract along the banks of Zambezi Sun . Jan, Feb, Mar, Apr are the high water flow periods, with May , June , July being the best periods of flow of water and rock outcrop. The Falls wont dry in our generation Fact!..
They is that beauty through out the year though not the seasons are same. High season is sometimes invisible because of much mist but chances to see clear views are they during a gentle walk giving time to view the falls. Peddlers need to be politely ignored ,as we also have deployed Tourism police to avoid them from pestering on you.Thank you for sharing and booking with us

I did this on my first full day in the area.
My guide from Zambia picked me up in the morning and showed me around the Zambian side of the falls.
Then he took me to the Devil’s Pool and left me there for 2 hours (this was an additional charge, and I coordinated this with the vendor in advance).
Then I transferred over into Zimbabwe (was easy with the guide’s help, and I had the Kaza multiple entry visa). I had lunch and then toured the falls on the Zimbabwe side with Trevor and Finance.
Upon completion on the Zimbabwe side, my Zambian guide was waiting for us and the transfer across the border was quick and easy.
Would recommend 100%.
