After our flight was delayed by nearly 12 hours, our hopes of making our scheduled dinner cruise were dashed. However, after explaining the situation to the tour operator they without issue booked us on the next dinner cruise the day after.
The cruise itself was beautiful. Amazing service and food. We seen hippos and beautiful birds. The food was lovely.
Would recommend to anyone.

A great way to experience the Zambezi river.
The boat is well appointed, food and service excellent, bit of a must if you are at Vic Falls, you also felt a connection to the vastness of the river.

Incredible views of the skyline, the river and of course wildlife as we saw plenty of hippos and a crocodile 😃
The food and especially the staff make this experience they are so attentive and friendly😃and the drinks kept flowing 🥂😊
How the chefs prepare such food in a tight space is commendable 👏👏👏
The Captain interacted and let us know exactly what was happening and the lady manager kept everything to time 😊
The feeling of serenity was wonderful and it’s a must for anyone staying in Victoria Falls……we even saw the mist from the falls in the distance and can’t wait for our visit tomorrow 😊

Our boat was clean and luxurious with attentive staff. The sunset was beautiful and perfect Zimbawe weather. After drinks on the upper deck we went downstairs for a scrumptious dinner comprising perfect fillet steak and sides. What a lovely memorable experience!

Great pickup from hotel. Stopped on the way to view dome zebra and impala.
Food very good as were drinks. Cruise cut short (docked after 1.5 hrs and stayed at the dock) because of thunderstorm, no communication. Waiters very good.

Do not do this as a solo traveler
I was ignored so often
Drinks- first drink they asked and served me, after that I was ignored. I caught the eye of one staff member (I just wanted water) and she nodded to me in response but then took off and nothing - 15 minutes later I got up and asked for water
So out of five drinks including water, I had to get up and go to the bar 4 times
Everyone around me had table service
Now the food
Food was ok, my fish was over cooked and tough, but I was left to order last even though the table next to me ordered then they went to the other side of the boat leaving me last
And in the end I had a drink and water and went to the bathroom, came back and all drinks removed
It’s a sunset cruise and no one was leaving till we docked so why was my drinks removed?
I was so upset I bought to tears
I travel a lot as a solo in the past four decades but this was NOT good
I am with multiple FB solo travel groups and will be passing this on

Wonderful way to spend our last evening in Victoria Falls. The food, service and overall experience was relaxing & enjoyable. The hotel pickup was punctual . Brought us to the boat launching area and all went as expected. A definite must do when in vic falls to appreciate the beauty & serenity of this area.

Our whole group was disappointed with this excursion because we were deceived into thinking we would be on Zambezi breeze dinner cruise with pure Africa. Unfortunately it was not. We were contacted after booking and asked if we could change out date since they were fully booked but when we could not change our dates we were told they were able to make it work however not told we were on a different dinner cruise. Seems like they book you on what ever is available at the moment. We met another group on the boat who had the same experience as us.
We still had a nice time over all however we probably wouldn’t have made the effort to cross the Zambia border had we known. Dinner menu was good but basic, (we really wanted to try the ostrich steak offered on the other cruise), did not like the dessert at all, staff was friendly and attentive and there was plenty of option for alcohol.

You are correct in the fact that there are 3 dinner cruise operations in Victoria Falls, and it is common that when one is fully booked, the booking is placed with the other boat. Even within the company, there are 2 boats, and the boat that guests are booked on really depends on availability. The pictures on our profile include all of these options. During peak season like this, as one of the most popular activities, the dinner cruise is often fully booked, and so we do our best to ensure that guests still get to enjoy a dinner cruise by moving the booking to another boat, which have all been pre-approved for quality. We are however pleased that you still enjoyed the dinner cruise on the Zambezi River. We take note of your comments on the dessert, and willtake this up with the operator.

This was one of the highlights of our trip to Victoria Falls. A friend had recommended it to us and we were glad they did. The entire experience was well done, with white tablecloths and attentive service. We started with some beverages and reviewed the menu as we floated past the mist of Victoria Falls before turning up the Zambia side of the river as we watched a stunning sunset on the Zambezi. We saw hippos, baboons, an elephant drinking in front of 2 rhinos, and a crocodile. The food was excellent, I enjoyed the soup of the day and the ostrich filet. It culminated in the staff doing a traditional song and dance, and a quick trip back to our hotel accommodation. Definitely recommend this tour!!

I specifically chose this company because all the photos were of the Malachite ship which is what I wanted. You need to message them if you book this and ask for Malachite, otherwise you may end up on a larger boat with more people and different caterer. Malachite was amazing.

We had a lovely evening on the Zambezi River. I think the experience totally depends upon the time of year that you travel. The staff were extremely attentive and friendly. The table settings were very nice, and the food was quite tasty. The drinks were delicious and abundant! However, since it was such a chilly night, the food was cold. The views and the sunset, especially, were to die for, though! We even got to see a few animals along the way! If I were to do it again, I would do the sunset cruise without the dinner.
