I had an amazing trip to Chobe with this tour. They were exteemely professional and punctual. I texted them on Whatsapp beforehand to confirm the pickup place and they responded super quickly and were available for all the questions i had. The trip itself is super nice - they drive you to the border for 1h, then you transfer to a jeep for the Chobe safari, afterwards we had an amazing buffer lunch (much better than what i expected - amazing food and fancy lodge) and the last part was a Chobe river cruise with a knowledgble guide. I was here in March and saw some great animal sightings - giraffe, elephant, impalas, kudu, crocodile, hippo, buffalo.

In the afternoon our boat safari was also amazing, sadly the weather came in but not before we got to see most things.

The tour was amazing, the pick up was on time, and the border process was smooth. The game drive was excellent, got close to elephants and lions. The buffet lunch was really good. The boat ride was good, saw some crocs, hippos and elephants. The bonus was that the park entrance was included, unlike some companies that charge extra.

You see a lot of animals in the park (elephants, giraffes, antilopes, impalas, monkeys, birds, crocodiles, hippos, buffels and we see also lions). The distance to the animals, also lions is sometimes only 2 meters. We see imore then 200 elephants in our trip.
The guieds a very nice. Yo will be pick uo at hotel and go first to the border. There you change guide and car and drive with an ooen car, maximum 9 person (we were 7) through the park, after you ger a good lunch buffet in a correct 4-stars hotel and after you make a boat trip with about 25 people in boat.
The best think was that my three year old son can come with me free of charge.

This was a brilliant day out to Chobe. We were so lucky to see a pride of lions and then elephants crossing the river right in front of us whilst we were on the boat in the afternoon. Nicholas was a brilliant guide who went out of his way to get us the fantastic sightings. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Cool experience, however, lots of other tourists in the park with us, annoying to cross the border from Zimbabwe (multiple steps and lines at the border, waste of time). Guides were great, knowledgeable, and saw everything, even a lion stalking some impala. For a more desolate, rugged, people-less experience, try Hwange.

The game drive was fabulous, with a very experienced ranger to guide the group. The game cruise on the ferry was relaxing and also offered good viewing of wildlife.

This was very well organized from the pick up from my hotel, to sorting out the logistics at the border to then switching over onto the Botswana side and back. Our guide was nice and knowledgeable and we were able to see a bunch of animals especially the main event the Elephants and the lions! I definitely recommend this to anyone thinking about going on this trip. We did a road and boat safari with a lunch in middle. I had a great time!

The driver to and from the Botswana border was very nice and interesting, as was the driver in the bush of the National Park. Due to the weather, he had to work hard to find the big 4 (no rhinos left in the park due to poaching…what a shame), but he was successful. We switched to the river safari, and our guide put us on many crocs, hippos, elephants, and Cape buffalo. The highlight was a “territorial” dispute between two hippos. Low lite? The buffet at a beautiful safari hotel was disappointing, but inexpensive.

We traveled as a party of 6, with 2 small children 1 (almost 2) and 4, two seniors and 2 adults.
This experience was absolutely incredible. Worth every cent. First off our driver to pick us up and drop us back off was on time courteous and a safe driver. He stopped for any wildlife that we saw. And we saw plenty. He also had cold bottled water ready for us which was a blessing because it was so hot!
The border crossings were easy. We were guided by someone the entire time. Then V our Safari guide picked us up. He was amazing. Professional, on time. Very knowledgeable. We got to see so many amazing animals. But the highlights were lions hanging out by a elephant they had killed, A herd of elephants playing in the mud and even a large pack of wild dogs. In all the these cases V was able to get us up close and personal with these incredible creatures.
Afterwards V dropped us off at the Baobab tree lodge and we enjoyed a buffet style lunch. Drinks including water were not included. So just expect an extra expense. Around $3 US per drink.
After that we were guided to our river cruise. We were able to see more elephants. multiple herds of elephants, hippos, Crocodiles, amazing birds and a rare antelope i forgot the name of. The boat guide was also very knowledgeable.
I was so impressed by the level of professionalism with every person we encountered on this tour.
Do not hesitate, just book it. You won't regret it.

The driver service was great, We saw some beautiful wild animals up close and from afar. My only complaint is it's hot and water promised should be delivered and not only to the guide himself but passengers too.

We loved the experience but our game driver (Theme (?)) did not engage with us much and eventually I asked her if she could stop if we came across elephants so that we could get some photos - most of us on the truck felt this way.
By comparison our boat drive in the afternoon with Frans was an enriching experiencing because he fully engaged, pointing out different birds and giving us interesting info on the animals. He was very patient and went as close to the animals as he could turning the boat so that all of us could get good photos.
Lunch was also good.

My visit to the Chobe was a highlight but I would recommend going with another tour operator. For the game drive in the morning, they combined an English-speaking group and Spanish-speaking group. Not all fit in the truck, so one customer had to ride in the cab of the truck. I felt bad for her since she couldn’t hear the guide nor have a genuine safari experience. The translation into Spanish was also subpar and often unintelligible. For the river cruise in the afternoon, they had seven people on a rather large and clunky barge-type boat that was too large to get close to shore, struggled to move through the water, and even broke down at one point.
Chobe National Park is incredible and you’re bound to see loads of animals, regardless of the tour company, but all the services the tour company was in control of were very disappointing.

Our Chobe Full Day Trip is an English-speaking group tour, as clearly stated in the tour description. For guests requiring tours in other languages, we strongly recommend booking a private tour, which allows us to provide dedicated guides for translation and a more personalized experience. We regret that the translation you overheard did not meet expectations, but it’s important to note that this was not a service officially offered or charged for.
Regarding the seating arrangement, the guest who sat in the front cab of the vehicle was informed in advance, and in fact, we often receive specific requests from clients who prefer to sit at the front for comfort or better views — even when seats are available in the back.
While we’re truly sorry that this tour did not meet all of your expectations, we'd like to highlight that the same tour you joined has received numerous 5-star reviews from other guests who were very satisfied with both the game drive and river cruise. We understand that experiences can vary between individuals, and we take all feedback seriously as part of our commitment to continuous improvement.

Everything worked out well. Pick-up was on time. After arriving at the border it took a while for everyone to be processed. We saw lots of animals including a lion, giraffes, elephants, impala and kudu. A very nice buffet lunch at a river lodge and a fantastic boat tour along the Chobe River.

What an amazing adventure. Incredible safari experience! Everything was so well run, from pick up, through the boarders, safari, lunch, boat safari, then drop off, all was exactly the times noted.
Plus, the actual safari was amazing! We saw a ton of animals, our guides were very knowledgeable and friendly, and we were comfortable in both the vehicle and the boat.
Would absolutely book again - 10/10 experience.

My family and I booked the Chobe Day trip from Victoria Falls and had the absolute best experience. We read reviews and were slightly worried about the border crossing, but it was 100% seamless. Our driver, Phillip, picked us up from our front door within just a few minutes of the stated pick up time. They communicated with us via WhatsApp the day before to confirm pickup time and location! Phillip drove us to the border, walked us through immigration to ensure there were no issues, and handed us off to our Botswanan driver, who was the safari driver! There were TONS of day trip people and companies, so even if your driver isn’t as thorough as our amazing Phillip was, just follow the crowd 😂 in Botswana, the driver also walked us through without incident, and we drove to the park. Our safari driver was just amazing and I can’t begin to explain how awesome the day was. After about 3.5 hours on land, our driver took us to Mowana, where we had a delicious buffet lunch for about an hour. After lunch, we were taken by boat along the river and saw many more animals. Our boat captain was great! Both our driver and captain had waters and sodas available, but at lunch there was a fee for drinks. All members of our group agreed that this day trip was 100% worth the price.

The border crossing was a pain because it was delayed by some guests who didn’t have the proper visa and documentation so we had to wait for almost an hour for them to finish (if only they did some research beforehand). The online pre-booking process requested passport info and nationality so the operator should separate tourists into different groups based on ease of entry at immigration. Buffet Lunch was great. Boat cruise was spectacular, saw swimming elephants.

Excellent 1 day trip to chobe national park. It is a full day event. Philip drove us to Botswana border and Nikolaz took us on a morning game drive where we saw lots of animals including lions. After lunch in the afternoon we did a chobe river boat game drive and that was icing on top of the cake. All in great experience

It’s a long journey, but worth it. I was picked up on time by Casper who drove all the way to the border of Botswana. He was very informative and friendly. We border crossing process was a bit confusing, but overall, all went well. Our group was met with guide from Botswana who took us to the National park. He made sure we saw giraffes, hippopotamus, baboons, elephants, to name a few. We had good lunch and we had nice boat ride where we saw hippopotamus and elephants up close while bathing. Afterwards, Casper met us on the border and drove each one of us to our lodges. It was a long day, but worth it.
