It was an extremely disappointing experience.From booking as the arrival time and destination was not asked for . We arrived with no transport awaiting us.The agents although they tried there was no resolution until l requested the shuttle number and reached out to them.The only plus sign is that in the end were taken to our destination safely and kudos to the driver he was exceptional.

We have been using Viator for most of our booking for safari and South African countries and to be honest, it has been very and truly good and commendable except for the transport service provided by this company for our transport from vic falls safari to vic fall airport. The driver was completely unhelpful and even lifting a finger to pull our bags to his van. He simply ignore us and when to talk to other group who was not even using his services. We have to put up our bags and at throughout the trip, he was very quiet.
Upon arrrivng at the airport, he didn’t even bring our bags down and just ignore us
We will not and strongly not recommend this company for the bad transportation they provided.

The cruise was amazing. Not a lot of people (by design) which made for a relaxing evening the food was incredible and the hosts were phenomenal. We got to see Zimbabwe and its wildlife while eating dinner and having cocktails. Highly recommend for everyone

Excellent service, our flight was delayed for over 2 hours and there was a driver waiting for us in arrivals with our name on a card. Quickly got us to his vehicle and supplied us with a cold water each. Quickly transferred us to our Vic fall accommodation giving us some really good information along the way. Highly recommended hassle free transfer service.

Great shuttle pick up service! Driver had sign with names at airport arrivals and shared informative commentary on the drive into town. Van was comfortable and spacious with great AC.

Awesome transfer service. They were already waiting for us and we're even willing to wait a while more while we got our sims card set up. Our driver gave us info about the surrounding areas as we drove into town and pointed out places of interests. We rode in a spacious van with other people.

I had a great experience with Africa Travel Tours on my recent airport transfer. The driver arrived early, was very polite and professional, and shared interesting information about the surrounding area during the ride.
This was my second time using the company. My first transfer, from the airport to my lodge, wasn’t as smooth, but this experience completely made up for it. I appreciate the improvement and would happily recommend Africa Travel Tours to others.

My experience started off a bit frustrating. Upon arrival, there was no one holding a sign as instructed. I had to step outside the terminal and search for the van in the parking lot. I spotted the company logo on the van myself. Just as I found it, the driver was about to leave, but I managed to stop him in time.
Once I presented my voucher and everything was verified, the driver turned out to be friendly and accommodating. While the rest of the ride was smooth, the lack of coordination at the airport made the process unnecessarily stressful.
