The luggage storage was very convenient and easy to find. I wanted to do the Big Bus but it wasn’t running til 12:30pm.

Due to the city 10K run, service was adjusted and buses began running later than usual. These types of large-scale events can impact routing and timing across the city, and we appreciate your understanding.

Very easy to find the kiosk where helpful staff took our luggage and answered our questions. Short walk to catch the bus. We were on the first bus at 9:45 am. We got off at Granville Island for walking around and a great lunch. Our guides Simon and Sherry were informative and entertaining.

What a great relief to leave bags securely!

Easy and safe. It’s right at the cruise terminal and we will use it again. Not a bad price either. It’s perfect for having extra time in Vancouver the day you disembark without the worry of your luggage.

Simple to book on line with regular communication. Easy to find and well signposted once of the ship, friendly staff who also allowed by to pay to add extra bags. Good instructions re pick up once we were ready to collect our bags and go to the airport.

Very easy to use. Someone was waiting when we got off our cruise ship & took us over to the storage area. We returned later in the day to collect our luggage. Would definitely recommend this easy, reasonably priced option.

The staff was so helpful and friendly!! Wonderful people from the person checking us in to the wonderful young man who got our luggage stowed and retrieved (I regret I forgot his name). The nice thing is this service is onsite and right next to the taxi services so when you return from your time visiting or waiting in Vancouver you can pick up you luggage fast and get right into a taxi or walk a block to the train station for a train ride to the airport. Good value/cost ratio, secure and well attended.

Once we located the luggage storage area, it was all great. It definitely felt safe and the staff were friendly. My only hang up is I wish there were more specific directions/instructions in the ticket information for locating the area within the terminal. The terminal is huge and chaotic with so many people, so something as simple as, "while you're still underground, look for door A" would've spared me walking around the entire facility wondering where I was going. Also, when I called customer service, they answered, but the person I spoke with also didn't give me specific instructions, just to "walk all the way around and you should see it." So, it would've been helpful if they were able to give me something more specific. Thankfully, one of security staff was able to point me in the right direction. Outside of that, great service.

Keep a close eye out for the bus stop signs. They are quite small and in Stanley park not easy to find.

We had a day to spend in Vancouver after our cruise. We needed a place to store luggage for the day and wanted to see the highlights of Vancouver. This experience was perfect for the time we had and ability to store luggage. The only issue we had was finding the location of the luggage storage which is located in the parking area under Canada Place.

As soon as we got our bags from Royal Caribbean we walked 20 feet and the kiosk rep told us where the baggage storage was. It was just around the corner a one minute walk. I highly recommend doing this if you are planning to do any activities around Canada Place. When we returned down the ramp, the pick up was easy and there were cabs right there for us. The cab was less than the Uber to the airport area. ($45) it was about 30 minute ride and could fit five of us with 10 bags. Storage is open until 4:30 PM. Great company and option!!
