This was a good option to store luggage after a cruise, but communication was terrible. The storage location they gave was just the cruise/port building address and a company name. When I disembarked my cruise, I walked around for awhile with my luggage trying to find a sign with the company name or something telling me where to go. I ended up having to ask multiple people and found the check in desk on a different level, then they directed me to bag drop in a completely separate area, which happened to be back where I started when I left the cruise. I had to back track through all the other people leaving the cruise to find the storage area, but I’m not sure you can avoid that if you have to check in at their booth first.
It all worked out in the end and I was glad I did it — it made for a much easier day exploring the city before heading to the airport — but they should definitely have more instructions in the email or clear signage in the building to know where to go.

The storage was inside of cruise terminal before exit, great value. Everything was much more expansive there

Once off the ship it is not clear as to where the drop luggage area is located. The instructions should include the specific name of the booth that you need to find( West Coast Sightseeing) With not knowing this it was hard to get directions from the port employees. Our experience after locating the correct spot was great. I only wish that we could have stored our luggage past 4:30pm so we didn’t need to bring our luggage to dinner.

If you are looking for a great option after a cruise that ends in Vancouver, this is it. We needed to fill some time before a 10pm flight and went with this tour. Dropping and retrieving luggage was easy, within the cruise baggage terminal. Bus route started right outside the terminal and the hop on hop off does a great job touring the city.

Easy and great way to kill four hours before we needed to go to the airport from our cruise. Bus tour was informative but I wish it could have had a bit more interesting tidbits.

Westcoast is great. Friendly staff that helps us figure out the total price. It’s much cheaper to buy through Viator.

It’s a great option to spend the day there. It only goes to 4:30 pm though, which wasn’t perfect for us.

The storge area is very easy to find in Vancouvers' cruise terminal at Canada place. We worried about the safe of a lap top, but when we saw the care taken with it we were reasurred all would be well. We were then able to wander around Vancouver case free until our early evening flight. We can also recommend the Sky Train to get you to the airport from the cruise terminal. It cost just a few Canadian Dollars and was very easy to navigate, journey took approx 20 minutes.

This is a down to earth storage facility. Your suitcases get locked up in a chain link cage in the garage. I felt like our bags were safe but I did wonder if it were windy and rainy if they might get wet. It took awhile for us to find the check in place - not a unique name and there’s a lot going on, disembarking, going through customs, etc. once we found them the people were very friendly and helpful.

Such a smooth transition from cruise ship to storing luggage at the cruise terminal, and retrieving it after a day in town, and then load right there into a taxi to the airport. Seamless. Affordable. The only downside is you must pickup luggage by 4:30pm, which is way too early to checkin at the airport for a red-eye flight. Gave us a beautiful bonus day in Vancouver, but several lingering hours outside security in the airport. All said, I highly recommend the service!

The young person at the luggage storage station was kind and helpful. However, this luggage storage service requires you to be back by 4:30 pm and closes at 5.00 pm. After that, I guess they keep your luggage 😠. Longer hours until 7:00 pm would work better for most travelers. Otherwise, a post-cruise bus tour (your luggage stays with you) of Vancouver with final drop-off at your hotel or Vancouver Airport would be a better option than luggage storage.

The hop on/off bus was convenient however, due to multiple stops, it takes forever to reach your final destination. Allow plenty of travel time if taking this bus. The luggage storage worked well. It was convenient to store our luggage while visiting the city.

We recently took a trip to Alaska and on the return home we needed our luggage stored for most of the day so we could site see Vancouver. My wife/partner made the reservation but could not find it so we had to pay to have our luggage stored at a $40 charge! When we got to Seattle and I was able to see my emails, due to mobility coverage, I was able to find where my wife had made it under my name and credit card. I requested a possible refund and it was granted. Wonderful jester from aviator. Thank you

This was great! My only complaint and reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is because Viator did not tell us the name of the company that would be where to check in for bags. When we looked confused the company right off the ship checked and it was the one we booked with. So my only recommendation would be for them to list the company you’re looking for, but fyi it also seems to be the only one off the ship, too. The rest was a piece of cake and at the end of the day public transportation is also right there (we took a cab to the airport). Would totally use it again!

We left our cruise ship at 8:30 AM and our flight was not that evening until 10:55 PM. We had planned an excursion tour through Viator all day, but did not want to have all our luggage with us. As soon as we went through customs at the cruise terminal, we were directed a few steps away and our luggage was taken and put securely at that location. We had to be back by 4:30 PM and that worked out perfectly.
