It was very convenient, and the staff was helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend for cruise ship passengers.
Disembarked cruise ship had no problems finding luggage storage. Staff very polite and helpful. Pickup also very easy.

Very easy for storage luggage after you come off cruise ship but only store till 4pm. You are better booking in advance as limited space. You can also get taxi from there to take to airport or into city.
Will use again if back that way

Easy to use off the cruise ships. Very secure area. But you have to be back by 4:30 to get your luggage.

A great place to store your luggage for the day if you have a late flight post cruise. The Hop on Hop off bus was also great. Clearer signage for stops with numbers would be helpful though,

The luggage storage went seamless, however the big bus tour that we purchased at the desk was overpriced and horrible. The buses were packed and not running as frequently as they should.

Used luggage storage for a one day stop in Vancouver
Bought a combo ticket for storage and a Hop On and Off tour.
Luggage storage after our cruise ended allowed us to see the Vancouver highlights not weighed down by luggage. Storage check in and out was quick. Great service for short term travelers!

This service was so easy to use. Booked before we cruised and when we came out of Customs, they were waiting with a clearly identifiable sign where we had to go. The whole process was extremely simple

The staff at the luggage storage was exceptional, location of it was easy to find. They were more than forthcoming for advice as to where to meet the tour bus and help us get a taxi at the end of the day back to the airport.

We used after disembarking from a cruise. Located within Canada Place cruise terminal Vancouver. Staff on hand you to direct you to the location.. Very useful if you have a late flight home after a cruise. We dropped off the suitcases, spent the day in Vancouver. Picked the bags up before 4.30pm. Taxis on hand next to storage facility. All very easy. Would recommend.

The storage luggage with Viator at the Vancouver cruise port was excellent. It left us hands free and able to explore Vancouver before a late flight out. Also just want to note that The Station is located just a couple blocks away making it an easy walk to take train to airport. I also recommended to friends that were on cruise traveling with us and they also enjoyed the price and convenience.

The luggage storage was easy to find and ready for the large group of travelers that descended on them. Only took about 10 minutes to get our luggage stored. Closes at 5pm

Disembarked from an Alaskan cruise at 9.30 am and had a very Kate night flight so storing my bags for the day allowed me to see what I had missed in Vancouver. The storage facility was in the port so very easy to access and the staff were very friendly and helpful and arranged a taxi to get me to the airport. Perfect solution for that last long day.

Absolutely seamless and easy, came off cruise ship, baggage desk is clear and easy to find, staff were lovely, and when we went to pick up, could get a cab right there to airport

This was impossible to find and so confusing bc the cruise was also debarking. Viator was really helpful and nice on the phone so I give them that. Directions in the booking were wrong and we were walking all over the place. You can check bags at the hotel and it’s ten million percent easier.

It couldn’t have been any easier. It’s right outside of the cruise terminal as soon as you get out.
The staff was incredibly friendly and even took care of something fragile that we had. It’s only a block from the train to the airport so were able to get four hours in the city and easily come back and get our bags and get to the airport.
I absolutely love that they offer this service!
