Very well organized. Our driver Wira was punctual and didn’t rush us at the stops at the hot springs and plantation after our hike. Our tour guide Wajib was patient and managed to make a very crowded attraction feel personalized and took amazing photos. I’d recommend proper footwear and a light layer for the top as it’s a bit chilly. Wonderful experience overall highly recommended.

Best welcome to Bali

This was our first full day in Bali and what a way to kick off the trip! The driver who picked us up in the morning was so kind and informative. And our jeep driver was so nice and gave us so much information about the black lava. Bonus points he took the most amazing pictures of us at the mount. This experience was 100/10!

This was such an excellent experience. Our driver and guide Win from Smile Bali Tour company was amazing. He made sure we were comfortable, was very friendly and informative. We were able to have a laugh with him, and it felt like spending the day with a friend. He even had umbrellas on hand for when it rained! We got to experience so much of Ubud in one day. As a non coffee drinker, the coffee spot managed to do something I thought was impossible - I actually ENJOYED a cup of coffee! 100% recommend, and if you happen to get Win as your driver you’re in for a fantastic day!

The perfect itinerary supported by Putu

Our itinerary included visiting Pura Lempuyang and Tirta Gangga. We had heard that taking photos at the Pura Lempuyang would take several hours, so we booked a car pickup at 5 AM. Our driver, Putu, picked us up at the hotel right on time. Thanks to him, our itinerary went smoothly, and we were able to check into our Ubud hotel by 3 PM. Putu was the best driver. I highly recommend booking his car in Bali.

Beautiful Bali Day!

We had the absolute best experience with our driver Adi! He picked us up right on time with a large sign and away we went to snorkel in the Blue Lagoon. Kedek took us to 2 stunning snorkeling locations where we saw the most beautiful colourful fish. Kedek looked after all of us in the water and fed the fish to keep them close by. Lunch with Lucky nearby (with showers and change rooms) was great. I had local Indonesian food, my husband opted for the sandwich. Both were great! From there, two stunning waterfalls before it was time to return to the port. Although the drive was long, Adi continued chatting with us and sharing stories of the country and his family. His English was great! We thoroughly enjoyed our day, and would recommend this company for your day excursion in Bali 😁

Unbelievable experience, I’d highly recommend!

The Mount Batur Sunrise Hike was unbelievable! I cannot recommend the experience enough. Ketut was our guide and he spent time getting to know us, educating us about the volcano and making sure we were safe and support at all times. The hike certainly is not easy (you do need to be physically fit) but absolutely worth it. Ketut provided us with a headtorch and walking stick- make sure you say yes to those! Ketut assisted us both on the way up and down particularly in areas that were slippy or steep- you can tell he cares after his guests and takes pride in this. Once at the top, Ketut provided breakfast as the sun came up. It was a quiet spot with not too many people which was great. We were then taken to different view point locations in order to truly experience the volcano. Ketut also took many brilliant photos for us- nothing was too much trouble for him! I cannot recommend this enough.

We will difenitely call him again the next time we need a guide🙏 Thrilling experience - fun for adults and kids (age 8). Recommend you do ATV first and rafting last, as you get the most wet at the rafting. Wear as little clothes as possible👍

Our experience to Nusa Penida was exceptional! From the moment we were picked up, the driver (her name is Wahyu) was punctual, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the local area. The vehicle was comfortable and clean, making the long drives enjoyable. Our tour guide in Nusa Penida (he goes by Gu) was fantastic—informative, attentive, and patient. We wanted to change the trip a little bit to fit more of what we wanted to do in the moment, and Gu was very flexible with us and made sure we had a good time. Extremely friendly and a great driver. 10/10 experience overall.

A taste of Bali!

Highly recommended! The tour was hosted by friendly staff that spoke great English. The market tour was very interesting. I tried many fruits that I had never seen before. The cooking did not require any prior experience and the final meal was delicious! Great accommodation for dietary needs too. Well worth it if you love new food and time in the kitchen. They even provided a recipe list for recreating the meals back at home! Take this class early in your trip so that you know what the dishes taste like when ordering later on in restaurants.
