This was such a peaceful serene day. I enjoyed it immensely. The journey to the waterfall was enlightening. I”m so glad I booked this tour. It’s a beautiful place.

Unforgettable experience

We booked this experience 2 days in advance and received confirmation email with tickets straight away. The tour included hotel pick up and I stated our hotel in the booking. We were booked for 10am pick-up so we waited in reception from 9.30am but no one arrived. It was quite easy to contact the customer service who told me to contact the local guide via WhatsApp. Apparently he hadn't received the email from Viator but luckily was able to arrange a local guide to pick us up at 11am for a later tour. Our guide Dewi was lovely, really informative and helpful. I would highly recommend the waterfalls healing tour. It was so spiritual and beautiful, an experience we will never forget 🙏 My advice would be to ensure you make contact with the local guide to guarantee no hiccups on the day.
