Our guide Patrick was so knowledgeable about Shanghainese cuisine and he also gave us some really interesting information about the city itself. We really enjoyed this tour as it allows you to try so many different types of food local to Shanghai. You certainly get your money’s worth so we recommend being hungry before you arrive!

We had a great time at the water town. It was very beautiful with historic alley ways and peaceful gardens and temples. Our guide Carole was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, taking good care of us. The drive took just over an hour from our hotel and was very smooth. They even dropped us off in a different location that we wanted to visit after the water town. Certainly worth seeing a nice break from the big city.

I was apprehensive about booking a tour guide for a solo day experience in Shanghai, but I need not have worried. May is an excellent tour guide. She was so patient with all my questions and incredibly knowledgable about everywhere we went. I made multiple changes to the original suggested itinerary making this even more impressive. Alana behind the scenes was always attentive ensuring the whole experience went smoothly and our driver was on point. Always close by ready for the next stop. May made the experience so worthwhile I will plan to book a similar tour when I get my wife to come to Shanghai.

I had a free weekend in Shanghai and opted to do this day trip to Linhai. Emma arranged everything for me from picking me up at my hotel and getting me to the train station. The South Great Wall trip was amazing. Had a perfect day with sun and no clouds. Emma was my guide and she was great! Very knowledgable and her English was perfect. We opted to do the stairs first and loop around. Glad we did it that way as there were a lot of stairs. Great views, and great history lessons. After walking the wall, Emma arranged lunch prior to our arrival. She selected 4 great dishes that gave a great tasting. And the beer was cold. Bonus points! We then walked around the city a little taking in the old buildings. And then of to the lake. Great views, old architecture and even more history. Overall well worth the trip! And as a bonus we had some time to spare before heading back to the trainstation, the driver took us up to a great spot to over look the city. I would definetly recommend this if you want to fill a day, and Emma works on the weekends only. If you happen to book and get Emma as your guide, you will have a great trip!

If you have limited time in Shanghai I strongly recommend this tour. Alana the co-ordinator ensures we got to see everything we wanted. Our guide Jenny was good company and very flexible with us. Jenny is well traveled and passionate about Shanghai, making it easy for her to communicate with us. She even surprised us with a tea tasting at the end.

Our guide Annie was the most helpful guide. She is fluent in English, knowledgeable and explained things in details, we have learned a lots about Suzhou history from her. We enjoyed this day trip very much and would not hesitate to recommend to others.

Today we do private tour to Hangzhou. Caroline is the tour leader. She is a very friendly, cheerful, and bright person. Going on this one day trip with her is very enjoyable. She shows us a lot of tips and is very helpful throught out the trip. She takes pictures for us, explain the history well, and she also help us order the best and most delicious food I've ever taste.

We had a fantastic evening tour with Tommy. The cruise was a highlight of our trip to Shanghai, which is a must , for every visitor. The other stops were very interesting and offered stunning photo opportunities. Tommy was an extremely good guide with extensive local knowledge and made the tour 10/10. I wish we could have toured with him every day.
