What are people saying about Seoul

A morning in” Joseon”
It’s the Location where Lots of historacal k Dramas were filmed. It’s a huge complex of palaces, noble houses, marketplace... etc.
I would recommend to take the bus up and walk down.
We had a very friendly guide, Rachel, who took good care of us.
We heard stories about filming, why that Film town was built and lots more.

A fantastic way to see...
A fantastic way to see several attractions outside of Seoul. Andrew was a fantastic guide, super organized and helpful. Although we booked this tour to see Nami Island, we ended up loving the other sites more! The cable car to the mountain, in particular, is not to be missed.

Must do when in Seoul! Such an interesting tour and Eddie is the best guide we’ve ever had!
Must do when in Seoul!!
It’s such a unique experience: seeing North Korea, learning so much about Korea’s history and present, and Eddie (the guide) who was in the Korean military and was even stationed in a few spots where the tour is taking you. So so interesting to learn from him and here his experiences. I saw there’s many DMZ tours, but this specific one is a one of its kind :) So glad we went on this tour - everyone should do it, you won’t regret it :)
And Eddie: thank you so much for the amazing tour and your enthusiasm! We’ve learned so much and are really impressed by all that we heard and saw today. THANK YOU! You really are one of the greatest guides we’ve ever had. Thank you for the photo’s. We’ll keep the memories for ever.

Thank you
Korea’s natural beauty is absolutely breathtaking — from lush green mountains to the serene waterways around the Garden of Morning Calm and Nami Island, every view felt like a postcard come to life. Zip-lining into Nami Island was such a thrill, soaring over the river with the wind rushing past and the trees spreading out below. The speedboat ride added even more excitement — fast, fun, and unforgettable!
Sampling all the different local snacks was another highlight — each one delicious and full of unique Korean flavors. A huge thank-you to our guide, June, for being so friendly, informative, and making the whole experience even more special.
And special appreciation to our bus driver, who navigated the busy Saturday traffic with such care and patience. It was an incredible day — adventure, culture, and nature all perfectly combined!

Mr Jimmy is amazing! It...
Mr Jimmy is amazing! It was a great experience, we felt very welcomed and taken care of 💛 DMZ is a good piece of tragic history and the suspension bridge is a very beautiful sightseeing spot.
Also, Mr Jimmy was the first guide ever who memorized all our names. A small gesture but very thoughtful.
Absolutely recommend this tour 💛

DMZ alternative tour
We had booked a DMZ tour but found out a few days prior that the DMZ was closed due to a marathon event. We opted to do the “alternative tour” and we were not disappointed. Dora was a very fun and knowledgeable tour guide. She shared a lot of stories and information in a fun way, that both my parents and my children could enjoy! The alternative tour included the peace park with a gondola ride, a question and answer time with a North Korean Defector, and we ended the tour at the Odusan Unification Tower. My mom said this experience was the highlight of her trip to Korea. Thanks, Dora!

Great day of New and Old
We had an excellent tour to Suwon Hwaseong Fortress, made even better by our guide Philip. He was not only incredibly knowledgeable about the history and significance of the site, but also brought a great sense of humour that kept the whole group engaged throughout the day.
Philip did a fantastic job keeping everyone together and ensuring we stayed on schedule without ever feeling rushed. Everything ran smoothly, and we were able to fully enjoy each stop along the way.
The highlights for us were the two cultural demonstrations, which were both fascinating and well-timed, as well as a visit to the stunning Starfield Library, which was an unexpected and memorable addition to the day.
Highly recommend this tour—especially if you get Philip as your guide

The best tour experience capturing all the important sights!
Bella was amazing from VIP Travels. Her energy was so radiant that just lifted our mood! She was very patient, extremely knowledgeable, and so attentive to our group. There was a family traveling in our tour group with a toddler (21 months) alongside my parents who are seniors, and she provided all of us with the utmost care. This is my first time using viator and because of Bella, I am so excited to book my next tour.. hopefully she will be our tour again!!!

Great experience
Wonderful tour with a small group of 15. The tour takes you to the places and then lets you enjoy them as you would like. The guide was very kind answering all of the questions and offered to take pictures for us. We really enjoyed the tour and would highly recommend it.

Great Tour, But My Glutes Are Still Screaming
This was an excellent trip overall, and our guide, Gabby, was absolutely outstanding. However, I have some thoughts for anyone who isn’t a marathon runner or a morning person.
The Suspension Bridge: I skipped this entirely. The tour leaves before 7:00 AM, and quite frankly, I preferred my pillow to a bridge. No regrets.
The 3rd Tunnel: I’ve decided to rename this the "3rd Tunnel of Aggression." You trek down 300 meters only to crawl single-file for what feels like an eternity. At the end? You get a tiny window looking at a "botanical garden" and a piece of machinery that looks like it was designed to bring Frankenstein back to life.
The Ascent: The climb back up that ramp is not for the faint of heart. Unless you’re looking for a near-death cardio experience, I’d suggest staying above ground. The tunnel takes about 45 minutes round-trip, which is time much better spent exploring the actual buildings and exhibits.
All in all, it was a great day out—just maybe skip the underground hike unless you’re training for the Olympics!

Great way to get there
Good tour. Got to go on the rail bike and see Nami Island and Garden of the Morning Calm. Wish we had more time but given all the places we got to go to and the distance between, this is the way to get there. Josh kept us on time and moving. He is very knowledgeable too.

Excellent Day with Suni
We spent the day seeing the most interesting sights of Seoul which is an unremarkable start this review. What was amazing, as we drove around town and walked key sights, was the sheer volume of knowledge about Korean history and culture that Suni brought to bear, all of it delivered with aplomb. We were in such great hands...without question this was the best introduction to a new city that we've ever had.
Even when the unexpected popped up, Suni didn't miss a beat and ensured that we were always comfortable. We were so grateful.
Needless to say we recommend this tour and Suni in particular.
