Outstanding Tour and an Exceptional Guide – Kim Made the Day!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Tour and an Exceptional Guide – Kim Made the Day!
Our day trip to Mt. Seorak, Nami Island, and the Garden of Morning Calm was fantastic, and a big part of that was our guide, Kim (Seongbae Kim).
From the very beginning, Kim was organized and professional. He sent clear instructions the evening before, including the meeting location, weather forecast, itinerary, and helpful tips so everyone knew exactly what to expect.
Throughout the day, Kim made us feel safe and well taken care of. The transportation was smooth, the schedule was well managed, and he got our group to every destination efficiently while allowing enough time to enjoy each stop.
What really stood out was how informative he was. As we traveled, he shared interesting facts about Korean history, culture, and the significance of each destination. His explanations gave much more meaning to the beautiful scenery and helped us appreciate the places we visited beyond just taking photos.
Kim was friendly, approachable, and happy to answer questions throughout the tour. His calm, professional demeanor made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free.
If you’re considering this Viator tour, I highly recommend it—and if you’re fortunate enough to have Kim as your guide, you’re in excellent hands. He truly helped make this one of the highlights of my trip to South Korea.

We had a wonderful experience on this tour, and our guide, ONE, made the day truly unforgettable. He was incredibly personable, friendly, and knowledgeable, sharing interesting facts and stories throughout the trip while making everyone feel welcome and comfortable.
The itinerary was fantastic. The Garden of Morning Calm was breathtaking, with its beautifully landscaped gardens and vibrant displays that made for a relaxing and memorable visit. Nami Island was absolutely beautiful, with its peaceful atmosphere and stunning scenery. The rail bike experience was the perfect way to end the day. It was fun and scenic.
Everything was well organized, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting South Korea. If you have the opportunity to tour with ONE, you're in for an enjoyable, informative, and unforgettable day!

Fantastic DMZ tour with an excellent guide
Eddie was knowledgeable, engaging, and made the history come alive with interesting stories and insights. He explained everything clearly, answered questions patiently, and kept the tour well organized. The tunnel experience was excellent and one of the highlights of the tour. The local food recommendation was also a great idea and added to the overall experience. Visiting the DMZ was fascinating, and Eddie’s expertise made it even more memorable. Highly recommended.

Great tour of essential spots in Seoul
Diane was an outstanding tour guide. Diane is very knowledgeable about the various places in the tour. We did not find the ginseng center to be a particularly impactful part of the tour. It seemed more commercial in nature than educational or cultural.

Marcos was an excellent...
Marcos was an excellent guide. The trip and sights were excellent. Would highly recommend the Zip Line to Nami Island if you want an excellent view. The ride was reasonably exciting but not too much for the slightly adventurous. The island was beautiful, and the Gardens were gorgeous. Well worth the money!

Excellent DMZ tour
If you enjoy learning about history and having the opportunity to be in proximity of the North Korean border, you need to check out this tour. Our tour guide, Julie was very enthusiastic and went above and beyond to make our day seamless and memorable. The views from the suspension bridge were fantastic despite the rain but overall I would recommend this tour.

Great tour with a fun and knowledgeable host Joo-Ee. Don’t be put off by an early start - this made sure we were all on time to be the first in line for tickets with no waiting in lines, allowing us to make the most of the day. There is a lot of walking and activity so be sure to wear good shoes and bring water. Joo-Ee kept us entertained and informed with interesting facts for the entire day - a fantastic guide. Good communication in the days prior to the tour.

It was excellent. Daniel was a fabulous tour guide who provided interesting details regarding the various sites. I throughly enjoyed the village.. It’s a reproduction but very well done. The mall where we had lunch was one of the most beautiful malls I ever seen.

Worth every minute — great guide, great tour
Our guide Mr. Han was exceptional — deeply knowledgeable about Buddhism, incredibly warm, and went out of his way to take photos for everyone on the tour. The bus was comfortable, pickup and drop-off had 3 convenient Seoul locations, and communication was seamless throughout. Highly recommend this tour.

An Amazing Tour with Jin
We had an AMAZING tour with Jin as our guide. She is so sweet. We saw a beautiful palace with a really long name, a history museum, the village outside of the palace, ate lunch at an authentic Korean restaurant, saw an amazing street market,
A buddist temple during lantern season, and finished off with a view of the city from atop a mountain. Jin was very knowledgeable and courteous. She even took us to a money exchange store on request. All in all, a great tour.
