An excursion to please everyone

This private excursion with Emmanuel was perfect. A little bit of everything. Our first stop was to visit the monkeys, sloths and parrots. I was surprised at how gentle the monkeys were even when they landed on your head! We also were able to pet the sloths. So cute. Next a quick stop at the chocolate factory. Dark chocolate with almonds was my favorite. Since this was a private tour Emmanuel was able to switch the order of our itinerary so we could get to the beach first. West Bay was amazing. They set us up on two chairs in the shade in front of our own private beach. Although there were many people there trying to sell you things, if you said no thank you there left you alone. There were many activities you could choose to pay for while there like banana boat rides and snorkeling. But we were happy just swimming. There were restrooms and changing rooms there. Our last stop was the rum factory where they had an area with beautiful views for pictures. Emmanuel got us back to the port in plenty of time to grab a drink at the pool bar in the port. Highly recommend this tour.

Amazing

Fred was totally amazing and gave us different ideas as things we wanted to do and visit. He always made sure we were ok and if we had questions he would answer them. This is truly a private experience. Viator shows a picture with multiple people, but it's really for about 4 people maximum. Which makes for a great experience. It's really a personalized tour. Kessie got us in and out of every stop before crowds hit. She's highly knowledgeable about Rotan and the history of the island. Could answer all of our questions we had. Offered to make additions or changes to the itinerary as we felt we wanted. I would definitely ask for her if you go. I certainly will.

Fantastic Experience!!!!

What a great experience. Booking was a breeze on Viator. We left the ship and followed the directions out of the port and we were met by the someone from the company who checked us in and introduced us to our guide for the day. After a short walk with our guide we got into her car and we were escorted to the sites for the day. Kaylie our guide was a blast. Shared information about the island and also was very personal giving us a look and feel into how the locals live and work on the island. We really felt like we built a connection. The animal sanctuary, (David our guide was excellent), the chocolate factory where we tasted and met the manger who personally helped with some local infused cigars, and the rum tasting, were all very enjoyable. On the way back we stopped for a local beer and pictures at the Roatan sign. Truly a 5 star experience.!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

Instructions were clear...

Instructions were clear and our guide was wonderful. We enjoyed every part of the excursion. We were a little unclear on what was going on when we got dropped off at the smaller island’s beach , but we were waiting for our turn to go snorkeling I think. Snorkeling was good. It was sad to see the reef in bad shape and trash on the ocean floor, but there were still lots of interesting fish and creatures to see, and the water wasn’t very deep so we didn’t have to dive down to see everything.

Great experience in Roatan!

From start to finish this booking was top notch. Our driver Joseph, was knowledgeable, friendly and we felt safe the entire time. Zip Lining and the animal encounters were great. Kids had a blast and Anscel and his team were wonderful. The buggy rides was also fun and we got quite muddy! Bring a change of clothes and shoes!

Wonderful Family Experience

Christian was an awesome tour guide. He was on time picking us up from the meeting place. He was very professional in taking us to all of the stops on the tour plus some extra stops. We planned this tour on my daughter's birthday and it did not disappoint. Christian even took us to get a birthday cake for my daughter to celebrate at the animal park. The zipline and animal park were so fun! My kids 9,12,13 loved it. The chocolate factory had many different flavors of chocolate to taste. We were returned back to the dock on time. It was a fun day!

Sweet Treats & Even Sweeter Memories

What a fun and memorable morning! We started with rum tasting and chocolate tasting, enjoyed some shopping, and then had the absolute highlight of our day — our experience with AJ’s Monkeys and Sloths. The animals were wonderful, but what made the experience truly special were the people. The guides were warm, friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly cared deeply about the animals. We learned so much about the different species, their personalities, their stories, and how they are cared for. Getting to spend time up close with these beautiful animals was both heartwarming and unforgettable. It was the perfect combination of fun, learning, and meaningful connection. We laughed, learned, tasted, shopped, and left with some very happy memories. I would absolutely recommend AJ’s Monkeys and Sloths, and our guide, Dillon, to anyone looking for a unique and special experience — especially if you love animals! Also, get the picture package. Fun and Memorable

A must do!

You should know that this is the an experience of a lifetime. The staff was friendly, helpful, and treated me and my family. Like we were part of the team shim our tour. God was phenomenal. He was very polite, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. He taught us about the culture in each little part that we went to made us feel like we have lived there all of our lives. We even let us pick places to stop if we wanted to check them out or take pictures very good with the elder. The zip hunt was absolutely phenomenal. We took our 16-year-old nephew and he loved it. They even convince him to let go a few times. It was great. Also, the guy who took our pictures was extremely good and the price you could not beat for the package. It was $30 for three of us and it was almost almost 100 hundred photos. This is a must do if you’re in Honduras we were on icon of the seas, and this was the best stop easily accessible. We had someone who was disabled with us and they set upfront out of the sun and it was a really good experience for them as well. Shim was the best. You will not go wrong with booking this just do it. You only live once.

Great day in Roatan

Overall, we had a great day. The ATV ride was fun and through a scenic area. The your was on time, the bus was comfortable, and the animal park was amazing. I wish the ATV had limited the number of participants as many in our large group. The younger drivers were racing recklessly while several older participants were terrified and driving VERY slow. It would have been more enjoyable with a smaller group.
