This was, by far, the highlight of our entire holiday! From start to finish, everything was perfectly organized. Our transfer was waiting for us when we arrived, the van was clean and comfortable, and our driver was friendly, professional, and took care of all of our luggage. Our guide, Georgia, met us upon arrival, and she truly made this experience unforgettable. She was incredibly warm, knowledgeable, and passionate about Venice. She took the time to explain the city’s history, answer all of our questions, and made everyone in our group feel welcome. Her enthusiasm and expertise brought Venice to life. The gondola ride and private water taxi were absolute must-do experiences and offered such a beautiful way to see the city. Every part of the tour was seamless and well planned. We can’t say enough wonderful things about Georgia. She was hands down the best tour guide we had during our entire trip to Italy. She gave us some great restaurant recommendations and went above and beyond for our family tour. If you’re considering this tour, don’t hesitate—you won’t regret it. Highly recommend!

Efficient way to travel from Ravenna port to Venice. Our driver met us at the cruise terminal and took us directly to the water taxi pick up location, where our water taxi was already expecting us. We had a nice boat ride directly to our hotel pier. Fantastic service and a stress-free way to get to Venice from Ravenna.

We couldn't have asked for a better experience. I am really glad we paid the extra to include the boat taxi to the hotel. The place our driver dropped us off was so busy, but he had someone there waiting to hand us over to that took us to a water taxi that had already been set up for us. We didn't have to try to figure any part of the experience out on our own.
