Outstanding Tour Experience
I had an absolutely amazing day exploring Quito with Jose. From start to finish, the tour was exceptionally well organised, and every stop was thoughtfully planned to make the most of the day. Jose’s knowledge of Ecuador’s history, culture, and landmarks was outstanding. He shared fascinating information throughout the tour, making each location even more meaningful and enjoyable. His passion for his country really shines through. What made the experience even more special was the personal attention he gave. He took the time to answer all of my questions, provided excellent local recommendations, and shared invaluable tips to help me make the most of my upcoming trip to the Galápagos Islands. His advice has given me much more confidence for the next part of my journey. Jose is professional, friendly, patient, and genuinely cares about ensuring his guests have the best possible experience. I couldn’t have asked for a better guide and would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Quito. Thank you, Jose, for making my first day in Ecuador so memorable. It was truly one of the highlights of my trip.

Fantastic tour/unpredictable weather so go prepared
Alba was an amazing guide, kind and interesting. Sadly, the weather was terrible and we never saw Cotopaxi. We hiked to the base camp in driving wind, rain, and sleet. Still, we are glad we did it! Alba was patient and kind. The horseback riding was a delight. Better than expected. Even though we didn’t have good views, riding horses through the beautiful landscape was wonderful. We enjoyed getting to stop at the Cotopaxi museum and also feed the alpacas. We would love to come back and do it again in nice weather. Pack many layers and make sure your top layer is waterproof. Also, tall hiking boots are really a must even though we saw plenty of people braving it in tennis shoes. Weather in the mountains is always unpredictable. Still, we are really glad we went!

The special day that Quito Tout prepared
Tour guide Irene was the best I ever met. She guided us through from picking us up at each locations, breakfast at local restaurant. And guided from parking lot to Jose Rivas refugee camp 4856 meters of Volcano Cotopaxi. It was surely great achievement that we all felt by a bunch of 16 people from all of the world. Irene was so enthusiastic and passionate about Ecuadorian culture. She made this tour so interesting and we learned a lot about the special aspects of Ecuador . Another highlight was a post hike lunch at local restaurant. It was soooo tasty . The entire experience was so special. I would never forget. Thank you Irene and driver Jonathan.

An amazing trip, great views and awesome guide.
I was on the ‘Quilotoa Lagoon full day’ tour, with our amazing guide Irene, who was very knowledgable about Quito and Ecuador, past history and present. Irene was very friendly, helpful and happy to answer any of my questions. The tour included amazing views of the lagoon, and an option of trekking down to the water level, which was great, although slightly difficult due to the sandy ground. Decent walking boots are definitely required. Trekking back up though, was definitely tough, due to the sheer ascent and the altitude (donkeys are available though, to take you back up to the top, if it's too much of an ordeal). The tour was all at an unrushed pace, with plenty of opportunities for photos. We had a fantastic lunch, with really delicious food (great vegetarian options). Great communication before the trip, confirming time and pickup location. I would thoroughly recommend this tour, and | learnt and saw so much, with my amazing, friendly and smiley guide.
