I booked as I was landing and it did not take long. Once I was through customs and baggage and checked in with the company, the driver arrived within 10 minutes. It's a bit confusing walking out of the airport because there's so many vendors trying to get you a ride, but someone directed me to the right staff. It's not a private car but I was by myself going to the hotel in the type of van that picks you up for excursions. The driver was nice.

Arrived on time for both pick up of my trip, offered to take us to a store if needed, and maintained communication. Overall a perfect private transfer that’ll get you where you need quickly without having to wait for any other passengers.

Upon arriving at the airport, you will need to exit the terminal to find the various taxi and transportation services. We quickly located their stand and waited no more than 10 minutes for our representative, Rashel, to escort us to the van. Our driver, Elvis, was friendly, professional, and drove us safely and efficiently to our hotel. We booked a round-trip transfer, and he was actually early for our return pickup, ensuring we had plenty of time to catch our flight. The company's primary method of communication is WhatsApp, so I highly recommend using it to coordinate pickups or make any requests. Overall, I would highly recommend this shuttle service—they are reliable, punctual, and cost-effective.

They did very well with communication and we had a very smooth transport both ways. I was informed via text/whatsapp/email the day before and the day of with detailed instructions, including names and pictures of the pickup person. My flight was even delayed and when I notified them I got prompt replies via text with no issues. They arrived at pickup early with text notification and was easy to locate with a picture of the driver and they had my name on a sign. Very friendly staff. Would 100% use again.
