Flawless pick up from airport and hotel. Picked us up a little earlier than scheduled for return to airport but this was appreciated. Vehicles were clean and comfortable. Drivers were responsible and friendly. We have used other transportation services and feared for our safety with their driving. We did not have that with this service.

They did very well with communication and we had a very smooth transport both ways. I was informed via text/whatsapp/email the day before and the day of with detailed instructions, including names and pictures of the pickup person. My flight was even delayed and when I notified them I got prompt replies via text with no issues. They arrived at pickup early with text notification and was easy to locate with a picture of the driver and they had my name on a sign. Very friendly staff. Would 100% use again.

The company communicated very well and fast. They gave clear instructions and were on time. We were a family of 8 and everyone fit comfortably. If back in Punta Cana- would use this company again. We used them for both pick up and drop off to the airport.

They made sure to contact us for confirmation of arrival and departure. They reached out and gave a reminder message for pick up. The drivers were great. They doubled and triple checked if we had our belongings and if we were okay. Made the transportation part so much easier. Experience of a smooth transition. Will definitely recommend.

I have done a few airport transfers and this was seamless. They were exactly where they said they would be at the airport and only took 5-10 minutes from the time we found them until were were in our van and in our way. Pickup was great too, they arrived within 5 minutes of the time and we got to the airport with plenty of time (2 hours beforehand was plenty of time). I wouldn't hesitate to book with them again!

The driver was easy to locate upon arrival and was already waiting, which made the pickup process quick and efficient. The vehicle was clean, comfortable, and air-conditioned—perfect after a long flight. The ride itself was safe and timely, with the driver being professional and courteous throughout the trip. Communication was clear, and everything was well-organized, making the transition from the airport to the hotel seamless. Overall, it was a convenient and hassle-free experience that set a great tone for the trip. I would definitely recommend this service and use it again in the future.

Absolutely outstanding!!. The connectivity with the company before the pick up and the drop off was exceptional, the drivers were extremely courteous, punctual and helpful. An absolutely, perfect way for transportation between Punta Cana resorts and Punta Cana International Airport. Thank you so much for a great job. Plan to use you guys again in the future !!!

As soon as we exited the airport there was a young lady with a sign that had our name on it. She called our driver and we sat in the shade and waited 5 minutes. She walked us over to our driver a few minutes later and we were on our way to the resort. He talked the whole way to us and gave us tips and pointers on popular excursions that we could look into. The van could seat 12 people but there was just my family of 5 and him as I booked the private transport. I would use them again and would highly recommend.
