I learned to make pasta with my grandmother and I happily remember the many Sunday lunches with the whole family together. The orecchiette prepared at dawn were inevitable. I will try to restore the same magic to you and we will be immersed in an ancient Apulian countryside, which is now my home. After making the pasta we will all eat together directly in the earth, surrounded by nature. I have two dogs, 5 chickens, a cat, two children and a husband. It will be a pleasure to welcome you to our small farm. We have a varied and rich vegetable garden, cared for with love which will be at your disposal to collect vegetables and perfumes from the earth.

He learned everything from Rosalba De Carlo, his mother, a great expert in Puglia’s culinary culture. She belongs to the noble baronial family Andriani De Vito of Corigliano d’Otranto. Being also in close contact with the peasants of her village, Rosalba has deep knowledge of both the rich and the humble versions of the same culinary tradition. For this reason, a conference with the UNESCO Patronage chose her as a Case Study in 2010. Rosalba is a great treasure to our Restaurant, but above all a precious jewel of our family.
